What is your favorite/preferred base/building style?
Redstone based (terrible with aesthetics). I also enjoy being a nomad (unrelated to username) and don't mind building in any dimension. What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP?
I want to solo survival but want others to contribute and work with, also VANILLA! I've been looking for a good server to play on as I see all the fun streamers have and single player worlds get boring fast... I'm ultimately looking to play with others as a sever is much more exciting, and want to travel far from spawn up to but not limited to 100k and see what comes of it. I haven't been on for a good while because of all the updates, and was waiting for something major, like the cave update releasing soon - as well as getting my PC a good home. I tried making a sever but found no interest coming to it so I have moved on. Do you have any experience with Minecraft communities?
it's been a solid 8 years since I've played on PC, I had plenty of friends back in 2012. I am likely going to stream or record in general at some point as well with several games (mainly Dead Space). Outside of Minecraft, what kinds of activities/hobbies do you enjoy?
woodworking, making wine, and I am a former achievement hunter.

You have to put the #xxxx number located on the bottom left of your discord screen. can't add you with just that. for example I am sobadnomad#3097
I've just opened a server for myself to start fresh as opposed to joining something more established. No mods or cheating, will be detected and banned....
Little to no rules, encourage clans/factions and drama! all plug ins will not affect vanilla game play unless we do events or specified areas are set up.
Spawn is set up, nothing much just a start.

I have a Dev for now. server will be starting soon, just need builders at first to build up spawn, and admin/moderators. will delete post when I have who I need and repost when it's open.
As the title states, looking to start a server without any mods/plug-ins for the most part. Potentially faction based PvP, spawn would be off limits.

In fact I have no real idea who/what I need for staff so right now I want to say I need 3 to 5 people in charge (more explanation over chat) as well as several moderators. I do not know the terminology used now a days.
