    Attack on the Hiems complex has gamerule doTileDrop false. I don't think it is intentional.

    And nice maps! I've beaten all of them and they are very challenging but not too hard.

    Starting area definitely needs some honey pots to reduce spawn. It also needs at least somewhat safe place to regroup. The biggest problem was that it was not very obvious that you have to flee and rush to the water.

    Skeletons were not a big problem in surface blast but in the sandstone area, there was no room to hide or avoid them. I just killed some zombies/creepers, proceeded 5 block, retreated to regen health which takes forever. Only having magma block here sucked because there was no time for me to switch to flint and steel and make some fire before I get murdered by skeletons.

    I went there because I though that I could get some saplings(or at least some wood) from there.

    I tried playing the Whirling Phenomena and holy ****. That is frustrating.

    At 1st playthrough, I died in the starting area more than 10 times trying to figure out what to do. I broke all the silverfish spawner but ghasts kept blowing up silverfish blocks so at the end my starting area looked like a crater. After I figured out that I have to get the **** out here I reached the victory monument. I scrapped what I could(even from the crossway) but I ran out wood. After that, I couldn't progress. I deleted the map and reinstalled it.

    At 2nd playthrough, I just got some magma blocks+flint and steel and rushed to the monument. Still not enough wood, but I can at least make some swords. Ran out again.

    You said that this map is not intended to be rushed through, but by approaching slowly, I wasted 2 playthroughs. I don't think rushing through will work either as there are spawners every 5 blocks.

    You said that you have to farm but farm what? If you had given me sapling at least I can gather lot of wood and get some armor from spider leathers. Also I could make a mob grinder to get some arrows.

    I think the only way to reliably progress is to fish a mending+infinity bow. With unenchanted ones which can take few hours.(Probably run out of wood before that)

    Also magma block is not a good light source. Why not glowstone? Or torch?


    If you want to make a hard map, make it fair. In most Vechs' maps, he will give you "flak vest" which has projectile protection. Skeletons are too OP for start so it is his way of nerfing them. But that doesn't make his maps too easy as it will break after some time but by the time the player has resources to help themselves.


    TL;DR : This map is brutal, savage and not fun. Next time gather some playtesters to test your map.

    This map looks cool and I can see you put a lot of effort, but I don't think this map in entertaining(at least for first 2 days)


    1st day is mob arena.


    And it is pretty bad. It is too small. I couldn't do anything other than getting cornered and dying. Also every zombie having sharpness and knockback ice doesn't help.

    There is no health regen. I know that turning natural regen on will be too easy as the player gets saturation buff, but at least give regen I buff every few seconds.

    And creeper zombies were useless. They were stuck behind snow layer + 2 high ceiling(zombies are taller than the player) and they barely did any damage. Also the "boss" was stuck there too.

    If you go into the said area, only baby zombies can get to you, so you can chesse the entire section.

    The shift+jump buff is useless. You don't have any time to charge it up. Unless getting into the house, charging then going out to kill some and returning to the house is the intended strat.


    2nd day is "present clicker"


    Seriously? I can only click a button 1 time per a second.

    There is no 10x buy button, No visual indication, Upgrade by making the player to execute /setblock command(should use /trigger and detect it instead).

    I don't mind clickers but Minecraft can't handle them very well.

    I'd rather make a void creative map or use commands than clicking adfly links(which have mostly shitty clickbait ads) to get items. I mean I get that it takes time and effort to make a decent map but this is just some command blocks on clocks to spawn items and some for the Minigame logic(which has nothing to prevent you from cheating, so "watch ad for a cheat" is useless when you can just break some blocks.) and 90% of them for the ad code logic. And some fancy JSON signs I guess. Also I think this violates Minecraft terms(commercial use of a map. ads that effect gameplay.). I'm looking forward to maps that gives you 1 stack of diamonds everytime when you "donate" $1 to the map maker.

    Anyway, skyblock is way more fun and engaging.

    Why do you want to join? (atleast 3 sentences): I've been playing MC for a long time but didn't have much multiplayer experience. I'm looking for a small server with few friendly people and this suit my need. I'm not a very good builder but I'm an "engineer"(well that doesn't mean I suck at making things look nice).

    How long do you plan on playing per day?: Depends on the day but about 1~2 hours on weekdays and 3~ hours on weekends.

    What do you expect to get out of this server?: A place to relax and help others. Maybe some chatting. And practicing English speaking(I'm not a native English speaker).

    Fun map. I enjoyed it.


    There was a bug in the redstone part though. You can break the torch with your default shear. But if you break the wool so your shear gets changed into 0 duability one, you can't break torch with it. If you placed the torch on where you are supposed to place repeater/red wool, you will get stuck. I had to use command to destoy the torch. You can fix this by simply adding torch to the breakable list to the other shear. If you break wool in the dye part, you can get stuck too as you can't break flower pot with it either. You are not supposed to do break black wool, but it would be nice fail safe.


    Other than that, it was very smooth play.


    And the chest direction part was evil. You changed the number of the rooms. I spend over 5 minutes trying to figure out it. Well made haha. Also the letter G part was genius.

    For map story, there is barely any. Why did the witch had the plan to turn youtubers into villagers? Does it hate youtube videos? There isn't any explanation. You say "your favorite", but no Etho/Seth/Doc/Xisuma/Veches/Mumbo? Or any other famous youtubers? And most of them don't serve any purpose other than saying silly line. Also I've never heard of them. They may be big, but not famous.


    For map aesthetics, it's very unfinished. Dull blocks everywhere, square rooms, no decoration or detail. You could at least put torches in ordered way.


    For map mechanics, it's borderline broken. You can ignore every mob and go straight to the pressure plate. If you try to fight one, it takes eternity to kill as they have diamond armor. But they can't attack you back if you attack back so it's just annoying and not hard. Mobs drop their gears. Final witch has too much health. It has whooping 550 health which is 27.5 times more than normal witch. It takes ages to kill it. Command blocks output texts. Use "/gamerule commandBlockOutput false" (without quotes) to prevent it. Spawnpoint stayes same which means you have to go through previous part to fight the OP witch again which has healed over 50 health.


    Overall, bad map. You should put more effort making the map better. It was not worth my time.

    It is quite broken. In the parkour part, you can get stuck in the block and have no way to get out or kill yourself other than command. I had to use /gamemode 3 to get out and reposition myself. And dying removes night vision which is annoying. I used /effect to give myself night vision everytime I die. In the sewer? part, you can get out of the boundary and see redstone. I will attach screenshot with coordinates. And the wool stealer is too fast and have too much health. It's not hard. It's just annoying.


    Overall, meh.

    It's a simple map with simple puzzles. It's not omg-it's-so-wonderful level, but it is well worth the time. I like it. also I like desert temples.


    I liked the first one most. "It's in your head". Literally.

    I just finished this map I gotta say it was amazing!!!

    Silly storyline, Challenging but not frustrating puzzles, Neat concept for one area affecting another.


    But the constantly teleporting one area to another really dragged the game.
