What experience do you have in this role: I've been an admin on a few servers before quite a few years back and 1 recently but the guy shut the server down due to lack of funds. Besides that, I've also been a moderator and builder, co-owner on some servers. I too used to own my own server but then it was coming near my major exams and other important stuff took priority, therefore it closed down. But I think I am ready to help out on your server if wanted
What makes you want to work with FairCloud: Well, I think the ideas that you have for your server are well-thought out and some seem quite interesting. (example: the potential pay). You also seem very dedicated and I would love to help you out with the server and ban hackers, mute spammers, etc. I know how to spot out freecam, kill aura, xray and chest ESP to name a few. I would also love to help make the server into a loving and fun community and server to play on. I too think that not many people around my time zone are applying so I would love to help fill that blank spot!
