You're not going to be able to fit 30-40 people on a server with 1GB RAM or less. In vanilla 1GB will only hold ~15 players on at a time. Have that many players would cause a lot of lag and server crashes.

I am looking for some dedicated and mature individuals aged 18+ to help with the community. I would love to get this all started myself, but i do not have the time anymore. I work full time 8-12 hours a day M-F.
Currently we have a cloud machine hosted by Google Cloud but we are probably going to switch to a dedicated server soon. Our VM has 30GB Ram.
Requirements:
You must be 18 or older. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You must have a mic
You must have Teamspeak 3
You must have another form of communication (eg: if in USA: Cellphone, Skype, etc)
You must have experience running a large scale server
You must have experience using the Multicraft control panel
You must have experience managing a Teamspeak 3 Server

I need a world generator for Spigot that allows the world to be like fallout, RARE Trees, No leafs, no grass, rare water, dead landscape, etc. Can someone help me out?

Well, If he has a fast business internet connection (min 100mbps up and down), this could actually work. However residential internet providers strictly prohibit using their internet for commercial purposes. He will also need to have fast servers in his home. End-User computer parts will just not hold up to this kind of use.

Can you provide us with servers specs? It's hard to trust a hosting company that uses a .tk domain.
