Yup, I know about that. I have tested the order of the command blocks by say 1, say 2, etc. (It didn't work even when I removed the kill command block though, so that is weird ._.)

PS: And don't worry about your English, its fine :)

EDIT: Tried redoing everything, including the clock, and it works fine now. I probably messed up somewhere...

posted a message on (SOLVED) Summoning Fireball Disappearing Problem
Hey guys! So recently, I have been working on a Minecraft PVP CTF map, where [Redacted], and to win one of the sides have to [Redacted]. More awesome, I have a class where [Redacted]!

However, that class can summon a fireball, so what better way that to use a spawn egg? I hooked up a command block clock to the following commands:

    /execute @e[type=Blaze] ~ ~ ~ summon Fireball ~ ~1 ~ {direction:[0.0,0.0,0.0],ExplosionPower:5}
    /kill @e[type=Blaze]

However, the blaze spawns and dies with no fireball left. I tested the summon command, i.e.
    /summon Fireball ~ ~1 ~ {direction:[0.0,0.0,0.0],ExplosionPower:5}

And the Fireball spawned with no problems. Is there a problem with what I am doing?

    Thanks!

Have hide-and-seek. My brother an cousins are RM fanatics so I know all about it. Or you can do superpower best of the best battle. Suk Jin: Phoenix, Jae Suk: Space Controller, etc. etc.

Hide and seek eh? Hmmm, what about the names above a player? If there was an easy way to remove it then it will work. Also Superpowers is easy, potions/commandblocks (KJK power).

Did not think of that! I will do that, but now still working on the introduction and buildings.

In the next few days and every weekends, I will be working on a Running Man map, which is now quite a popular variety show from south korea. I already have the basic layout done and have ideas for some of the core games (Spies, PVP(Instead of tearing nametags) and location), but now I need help in ideas for games and building. The buildings will be hard as I have no creativity, however I will try to make buildings to the best I can. Now I will need ideas for games, anybody can suggest one?

I have actually edited the post just before you posted. It does give a command in it.

I see no reason as to why this should not be added.

Of course, in normal survival maps, this does not even play a part in the game. However, it is very useful of maps, like for example:
(Spoiler about hunger games! Not a huge spoiler though, just a small little tiny bit.)
Lets say you are recreating hunger games, not just partially, but COMPLETELY. So you made the map, and you made the hidden chests, and even somehow recreated the weather system. Now time to move onto the players. In the hunger games book, you will be notified when a player died, but you won't know which player died. Now, if you have death messages, it will tell that someone died AND who died plus who killed the dead player. If we could disable death messages and just make an announcement that someone died (via command blocks, which then again, requires /give), it can really copy over the hunger games feeling. Now that isn't a good example, but if you need another example, I can think up of one straight away!

Absolutely support. I will never ever use the feature but I support it anyways.

    Thank you for the support!

    Quote from Tedster

    That's the spirit.
I can already imagine a lot of uses for this.
If it could be done on a per-player basis...

    Maybe?:

    /gamerule deathMessageOn True/False [Player]

If [Player] is left empty, then it will effect everyone.
If [Player] has a player name in it, then it will only affect the player.

Then maybe if we only want one person to have death messages:
    /gamerule deathMessagesOn False
    /gamerule deathMessagesOn True Admin123Happy

And that will make it only Admin123Happy have the death messages!

However, this will add a new variable to an existing command, so maybe can make this a whole command to itself.

posted a message on Disable Death Messages
Hi! I have been trying to make a game map, but the game map needs some players to kill other players without anybody noticing. For example:

Player A has to kill Player B,C and D, without Player B, C or D noticing any of them died. Of course, the death messages will be an obvious instant announcement to everyone one of the players died, and I don't want that. Of course, Player B, C or D will soon notice that one of them had "disappeared", but that is one of the fun aspects I want my game to have! Of course it will not always have it though.

So I suggest that we can have a command block option to disable death messages, and maybe help in maps!

I don't see any disadvantages in this suggestion too, as it is only enabled by a command block, which means you need to be an op to actually do this, and it won't affect normal gameplay.

    Criticism welcome.

Edit: Tedster suggested that it would be good if it can be done on a player basis, and this is what I suggest:

    /gamerule deathMessageOn True/False [Player]

If [Player] is left empty, then it will effect everyone.
If [Player] has a player name in it, then it will only affect the player.

Then maybe if we only want one person to have death messages:
    /gamerule deathMessagesOn False
    /gamerule deathMessagesOn True Admin123Happy

And that will make it only Admin123Happy have the death messages!

However, this will add a new variable to an existing command, so maybe can make this a whole command to itself.

Also, this is perfect for hunger games servers.
(Spoiler about hunger games! Not a huge spoiler though, just a small little tiny bit.)

Hey ace, could you enable the HTTP API for computercraft? I really need to copy some code, but I don't want to type in the code one by one.

Edit : Erm, don't enable it. People can easily make a program to send emails and you can get charged for spamming.
