    any idea what this error might mean?
    I'm trying to set up mcp in eclipse on my laptop but i'm getting three instances of that and two instances of "The field StructureStart.components is not visible" . the first one is part of the Loading Screen Renderer (LoadingScreenRenderer.java) and the second is part of the Scattered Feature Generator (MapGenScatteredFeature.java).

    the physics system needs some work, that or customizable stability values. As it is you can't even build a proper arch out of stone bricks.

    posted a message on [1.6.4] Mountains of Ore, ore now generates based on depth
    Ore now generates a fixed distance below ground rather than a fixed height above bedrock in order to make mountains more interesting. Also scales up the amount of ore in a chunk based on the amount of additional space to generate ores.

    posted a message on Finding the highest block in a chunk(1.6.4)
    I'm currently making (mostly finished, just need to get this issue sorted out) a mod that alters ore generation so that ores generate a fixed distance below the surface, as opposed to a fixed distance above the bedrock. I don't know if this has been done.before but either way I'm going to finish it.

    anyway what is the most precise way to determine the highest block in a chunk? So far I have been trying getTopFIlledSegment, but that only seems to give me results of 48, 64, and 80, none of which actually seem to correspond to the height of the terrain..

    Any idea why i may be getting these results?
    Do I need to write my own function to determine the highest block? (which i could certainly do)

    did a quick look at EntitySpider.java and EntityLivingBase.java and apparently spiders replace the normal isOnLadder function (that all creatures have by default and is used to determine if the creature is on a ladder) with a function that just checks to see if it is adjacent to a climbable block (the function is called isBesideClimbableBlock).

    I need to detect the event at the beginning of the generateOres method in the BiomeDecorator, but no amount of searching has found a clear explanation of how to set up an event listener for this in 1.6.4.
