I am a Chinese modder and it's my first mod.

Now add the Block
Yellow Earth in Loess Plateau and Warm Taiga
Loess Plateau is a biome in China ,like this
And Warm Taiga is another biome ,like this
Yellow Earth can be changed in Yellow Field by using hoe.
And it can grow the plants when THERE IS WATER IN 1 BLOCK or it will changed to Yellow Earth.
Black Earth is another kind of dirt.It can be find in Black Plain ,Mud Flat and Bog.
Black Plain is like this:
The Bog is like Swapland,
The Mud Flat is a kind of beach like this:
The Black Earth can also changed in Black Field by hoe with no requirement.It can also grows plants without water.
