I found this seed when I was playing around in minecraft. This seed is for anyone that want to test their minecraft skills/knowledge. This minecraft Seed does work for 1.2.5 and 1.4.5. You may have to spawn in items to survive in 1.2.5 because of the free chest thing in 1.4.5. I recommend to test this on 1.4.5 and enable the bonus chest so you can survive a little longer.
The seed is called "shmelly" (without quotes). The island will not provide you with trees, it is an small island, and the closest island is about a mile away in all directions. The cave system below is more dangerous than the actual island because the cave system is very compact and a stream of water will take you to the very bottom of the map too. The reason why this map has very dangerous cave system is because the cave is very compact, tunnels are everywhere, and expect tons of spawners too. Even if you think it is safe below, keep going below and see how long you can survive the waves of monsters!
Sometimes you get lucky and get an island close to you but the percentage is so small, don't count on it.
