Uh, necromancy to tell you all that there are only ~154 people with my last name in the U.S., according to howmanyofme.com. On the other hand, there are 100,000 other people with my first name. Weird contrasts are weird.
So, I've tried it, but I'm not exactly sure if I did my D-Latch right. Can anybody give me feedback? I'm using with a 5-Clock, and it seems to be doing the opposite of what a D-Latch should be doing. Maybe I just don't understand. So yeah, could someone try it out? If necessary, I'll post better screenshots.
Hm, I don't know if a better D-Latch has been proposed, or if I have already said this or not (>_<), but here's my pretty small D-Latch. I'm not the best at doing multi-layer circuits, so this is flat, with one exception. It's just, the D-Latches I've seen so far are either too large (10x10x4) and/or non-functional... Plus, I did this from scratch, without basing it off of other people's work...SO GIVE ME CREDIT >_>
First, here's an in-game view; there's a diagram below, too:
Well, 200 items, but I lost motivation after I saw my field which looked a lot like yours.
I have to say, to all you people who can't find reeds/papyrus, that's a bit strange. I found a whole cluster on spawn, and continually come across patches...
I love books in the Elder Scrolls games and I would love it even more if I could make my own.
It's called modding and the TES construction set, one of the most amazing things in the gaming world :3
On topic, papyrus is kind of like a biome -- my starting area had none for a mile all around, but I found one small island archipelago which had 35 papyrus blocks over the spread of the, oh, 40 block radius.
Also, can't seem to find clay anywhere. And...I just noticed spiders don't burn in daylight D:
A papyrus plant I planted when night first started to creep in had grow one block by the time night had fully settled, so I guess you could estimate growth time based on that.
Muaha. I must request to join this very straight and not-at-all sinister movement. Though I am a member of the RMM, this is a CMP clan, and there should be little to no conflict. I am also joining because I know your true purpose. Muaha, unite, toy soldiers.

Okay, now for the key:
Goldore: /Q
Coalore: Q
Brown Mushroom/Portabella: Clock input
Obsidian: D input
And, of course:
TNT: Wire
Grass: any block
Torch: Redstone Torch (derp)
White: Air (also, derp)
Now for the more complicated ones:

Looks complicated, but it's basically just a bridge.
