As you can see in this Larment a player on DDTS has killed me but in non pvp with potions of harming.
This has happened to me twice and this time I have a picture and ik for a fact that there was no lag or glitch I relogged twice after this photo and it was always the same. So please deal with him any way you seem fit but if he does recive a ban I do want my items back from him in his Virtual Chest.
So I am hopeing that you deal with this anyway you seem fit and please make the best decision possible.

Who issued your ban? Not sure, I believe it was just the server that automatically banned me.
What was the reason you were banned? I quickly sent about 3 messages in the chat (Spam)
Was the banning justified? Yes, it was justified.
Any additional info: My reason for spamming was because I was at the bottom of the pool (drownin and for some reason I thought of the idea of spamming to get jailed so I could survive with the stuff I had in my inventory. I now know that that was the wrong thing to do and I hope you'll give me another chance because I really enjoyed playing on the server while I was on there. Thanks!

Its been 8 days since I posted my ban appeal... and still have not gotten a response. It is 34 pages back, so I assume it has been skipped over.

What was the reason you were banned? Attempting to Fly
Was the banning justified? No, because I did not mean to fly. My finger slipped and hit the fly key on accident, and my other hand was on the W key, so I moved foward like I was trying to fly. I had no intention of flying at all. I did not want to fly, this was a complete accident. This was a mistake on my part, and would like to be given a second chance. Why do I have fly mod in the first place? I am Admin on another server and use it on there. That is the only reason I have a mod installed, so I can move around easier on the server which I am admin on.
Any additional info: I am in B1, and I love this server. It is my favorite server. Please give me another chance. I would love this server even more if that was to happen. This was completely unintentional and I did not mean it at all. I apologize to the server and the Wardens. I will be sure to always abide by all the rules, and never make this same mistake ever again.

What times can you guard?: i am off for 9 weeks so what ever times u want me on i can do and i useally play for up to 4 hours after 5pm and before that 3-4hrs. after the 9 week it will got back to the after 5pm guarding.

What makes you the best selection for guard?: what make me the best selection is that i have a drive of ambition to keep the peace but also to keep people happy on the server so that they enjoy playing with fellow members of the server.

Load a single-player map first and then try to enter the server.
Sometimes loading a big map like the one our server has is just to much for the Minecraft Client the first time around.
