Make sure that the cofhcore mod in the client is the same version as the server. If it is and it still doesn't work then try copy pasting the server's cofhcore into the client's mods and make sure that the client's original cofhcore doesn't remain. If that still doesn't work then look for an updated version of cofhcore.
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: ID is already registered: 101 at net.minecraft.entity.EntityList.func_75618_a(EntityList.java:94)
There is an entity ID conflict between
UCHE rwbyCraft{1.7.2} [RWBY Craft By KelcoK22] (rwby_c_1.7.10_V1.6.jar)
and
UCHE erebus{0.4.7} [Erebus] (TheErebus-0.4.7.jar)
Head into these mod's config files and see if you can find the entity set to be 101 and change the number to something else. If you can't find this then just remove one of these mods.
If you do not have java installed on your computer then install it. After you have installed java on your pc then right click the the optifine .jar file and hit "open with..." then select "java" and "ok". This will run optifine's auto installer.
First off, do NOT cut off sections of a report like you have done. Always post a full report when asking for assistance.
The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
This means that the game has run out of memory and must allocate more. If you don't know how to do that then google how to do it. As for your first spoiler, that tells me absolutely nothing.
Edit: I realize now where you got that singular error from in the spoilers. Be sure to hit the "view full report" button in the future.
You would need to buy another account. There is an universal ID applied to the account upon buying that cannot be changed and that ID how the server recognizes you. I don't know if you can buy another account with the same Email but if you have another account you can just log in to the launcher with that one.
There isn't even a folder named crash-reports and the most recent pastebin link is the latest fml log.
Alright. I just realized that there is an exception access violation which iv'e never been able to solve without help from someone smarter but ima give this a shot. please find this file C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\tech-magica-ii\hs_err_pid5896.log and post it.
Also I'm going to assume my previous recommendation was false because this problem seems to be java related.
Okay, I'm fairly certain this isn't a whole log because there is no end to it so go here: C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\crash-reports and find the most recent crash report and post it. If there are no crash reports in there then go to C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\logs and find a file named something like fml_latest and post that.
Hold that thought, I'm looking into something ive just noticed in one of your logs.

Go download that forge version and install it on your server.

Tropicraft is erroring. Remove it and see if it still crashes. Also, optifine is not the cause of this crash so its okay to have it in.
If that doesn't work then there is likely a mod missing it's core mod.

Give Minecraft more memory.

You have client mods in your server. Remove XaeroMinimap.

"Can't keep up" just means your computer is struggling to run the server. Post a crash report for actual help.

Try taking Resource Loader out of the server.
The UE means that it errored.

Welp, furious googling has told me pretty much nothing so I'm going to make a list of stuff to try (try one at a time).
0.Check to make sure you have enough ram to allocate to minecraft and that you aren't allocating more ram than you have
1.Make sure Java is up to date
2.Make sure graphic drivers are up to date
3.Reinstall Minecraft
4.Reinstall Java
5.Come back to Minecraft forum and bump
Sorry but I don't have a deep enough understanding of Minecraft and Java and that working with the computer.
