Nope. It's a bit more complicated. The coords can only be from [0,16]. For a 32x32 texture, the top-left coord has its numbers divided by two (16 --> 8) and the bottom-right coord has its numbers divided by two after adding one (16 --> 17/2=8.5)

So if I'm understanding what you said correctly, it could still be done but I would need to do a little extra math? Or does json not accept demicals for those values?

Is there a way to model a 32x32 animated texture? If so, would it be as simple as doubling the texture coordinates for each uv? Would I also have to double the cube's "from" and "to" numbers?

Yes, but I'm not a huge fan of the new crafting system. I just think there could have been a better way of implementing crafting without taking it out completely/oversimplifying it.

CodeWarrior and TkTech, I love both of you for what you have done/ are going to do. Becuase of you, creations in Minecraft will never die and can move from map to map without having to rebuild.

I've tried allocating more memory using the batch file. Would it be dangerous to just change the extensions on the files? I'm kind-of out of options.

Thanks TkTech for the MCEdit update. Even if it doesn't work 100% or may be buggy, I sure everyone is still glad to have something to play with (me included).

I've already done that. I can't allocate any more memory to minecraft. Is it possible to change the extension of the files to .mca? Would that corrupt the save? I already have a backup of the map anyways.

Hello Minecraft Forums! Currently, I'm having an issue converting the Minecraft world from the old world format to anvil. I need this map to convert because I run a server and the people on there, unfortunately, are impatient. The map file is 10.4 GB (Yeah, I know) and Minecraft gives me the "Minecraft Has run out of memory". I don't think it will get much farther than it already has, as I only have 4 gigs to give.

Is there a fix to this problem? Possibly an online converter I could use? Or perhaps even manually convert it?
