Why you should add me: I am very mature for my age and I love to help people/new players and I dont really get mad when I die from some random reason. I am not the best builder which is a downfall but I love to make friends and have fun on servers like this.

My skill: I can start a food source and get a small/ Medium sized house ready in about an hour. I am pretty good with pve and ok at pvp. I can always have resources and mostly dont need help.
How long have I been playing Minecraft: I got a cracked version at about 1.7.3 I bought the game at around 1.0 so I know the game pretty well.
This is a great Minecraft survival server, with 20 player slots. I have hosted many Minecraft servers in the past, and many were very popular for years, and I have decided to return and host another server! It uses some of the best plugins possible for protection against griefing, and all plugins will be explained below in a list, along with how to use them.

Ah. World history, Don't you love it? Our teacher want's us to create a castle any way we choose and we have 30 days to do so. I am alright at minecraft, and thought it would be fun plus 30 days is a hella amount of time to create such a thing so I thought why not? I need one person who's serious, focused, and experienced who will be able to help me complete this project as it will be quit LARGE. It must be large to show off the details of the castle, All the arches, Etc. If you are interested, Please post or pm. As a start, I would avoid the term "evolution" as that generally always connotates some genetic mutation; as in super-powers, or the various differences between the finches if you're talking pure Darwinian.
The process by which civilization not only survives, but thrives, is not evolution. Civilizations grow through conquest, economical, political, technological, and religious progress. These ideals are some that you have even made note of.
To help avoid "false advertising", may I suggest you rename the concept from "evolution" to a term which is more apt, "civilization"?

Here's a tip for organization.
First paragraph details what the idea is, how you believe the idea changes/improves the game, what some potential drawbacks and benefits are, and other general information.
Second paragraph details each specific subcategory. You'll want to spend a sentence or two describing each subcategory and how it applies to the suggestion. This is useful to help the reader obtain a clear understanding of the suggestion without needing to read further unless further elaboration is needed.
After this, continue on course.
Also, please remember, the reader grows bored easily. This is unfortunate, but your average reader has the same attention span as a well-sated goldfish. Each sentence should have a point. Each sentence should be devoid of flowery text. Poetry is good, but is unnecessary in a format where you need to get your point out QUICKLY.
The easiest way is with a single sentence. Can't do it? Here, I'll show you what I gleaned from your suggestion in a nutshell:
"Minecraft should have AI controlled towns which thrive through commerce, war, and technological superiority."
