Yes, I know what you meant. However, it's not possible that there is a default value when there's no default value for me to edit in the lang file in the first place. This leads me to believe that the default name values for Stained Clay are located elsewhere in the Minecraft files and not the lang files.
If an entry is not found in the lang file from the resource pack, the entry from the lang file in the jar is used instead.
2: endframe: You have the unique opportunity that this block is ever only used in this one configuration in a very specific room, so you can coordinate with that (it will even always be lit from below by lava). Depending on your ender eye texture and lava colour .. right now I don't think it matches so well, that deep saturated purple. How do you want it to feel?
...
None of that had ever crossed my mind. It really is a great idea, I'll have to think more about what I can do.
The deep saturated purple was supposed to emulate my nether bricks (pic in the spoiler), I'll have to take the saturation down quite a bit.
Is the zombie/skeleton horse texture actually used?
I can't seem to spawn it in the game at all, or find any naturally occouring ones.
Is it worth texturing? Because it would probably take me about a week, and i'd hate to spend that much time on a texture that isn't even used for anything.
I think you need MCEdit to spawn them in. Although, some server plugins make them spawn in the wild.
I've finally had some time for texturing. Gosh darn education, always getting in the way. I've touched up my end stone, deepening the shadows between the stones. It's not much of a change, but it does help.
EDIT: And yes, I noticed the diagonal line, but like I said before, there's not much I can do without making the whole thing over again. End stone is such a little-used block, it doesn't seem like that big a deal to me.
I might have to redo this one. I originally started out going for a cracked shale kind of look, and I accidentally made too many cracks too close together, and was like, "F*** IT, MAKE 'EM CLUMPS," and ended up with this.
I heard nothing about my end frames last time I showed them. Disregard the end stone part for now, it's subject to change. The top part is what I'm worried about.
I don't need to alter the stats, I just need to alter the captions that tell the player what stats they have. For example, I imagine the "+7 Attack Damage" being changed into "Weapon of Awesome", with no change in the actual attack damage whatsoever.
Go into your .minecraft folder and find options.txt. Find the "skin=" line, and delete everything after the equals sign. This will switch you back to the default texture pack.

Yes, if you change all those values that I posted to just spaces.

That's a great idead. I hadn't thought of that.

I would recommend Notepad++, but it's Windows-only.
jEdit seems to be the best alternative.

I don't know how I managed that. I've never actually played your pack before.
This is the first time I've accidentally made something similar to someone else. It's... eerie.

Sigh?!
Not quite the reaction I'd expect from someone caught stealing.

What I meant was, if there is no entry in the language file, it will use the default value.
My mistake, you can apparently edit that stuff.

I don't think you can alter item stats.
