Hello everyone. My name is Sam or Sammy and I am the owner of a new network called The Valence Network. I am currently recruiting new staff for my network. About The Network:
The Valence Network is a brand new network owned by me. I have lots of previous experience with Minecraft server development and wanted to start my own network. Unlike many other server owners, I have a steady job, and therefore a steady source of income to keep the servers up and running, even if there are minimal or no donations. We currently are developing servers for Prison, Creative, and Survival with plans to add more servers in the future.
Application Information & Requirements:
-You must be at least 13 years old to apply for Moderator and Developer. Builders can be younger but must prove their skill (No exceptions will be made)
- You must speak fluent English
- You must have a discord for communication. (Mic is not required but preferred)
- Must be able to dedicate at least 8 hours per week

We are an older server that has gone through a few ownership changes, and we are now completely revamping the network, and we are looking for some new staff members to help us with the server.
We are currently looking for Helpers and Moderators to assist in the day to day operations of the network.

How is your customer service experience: I have had lots of experience dealing with players in-game from all of my staff experience. I have also worked for 2 different Minecraft hosting companies where I dealt with customers on a daily basis.
Event and media experience: During my time as the Head of Operations for a server network, I gained experience in planning, and running various events on our servers that included one server to whole network events, and even events lasting 3 days. I also managed the network's social media accounts and gave the network a good reputation.
Why should we hire you?: Unlike most applicants you will see here on the Minecraft forums, I have experience in managing a Minecraft server network. This along with my other experience in server moderation, server administration, event planning, staff management, project management, and much more make me a very strong candidate for this position.
