Dude,2 reasons-
1.the owner didnt mention the port and also didnt said that its a pe server.(ports are not used in minecraft pc)
2.the person who commented also said that he is using potions in the server.(potions are only in minecraft pc)
otherwise there can be some exception or problem so I am not 100% sure.

Actually the port is right beside the numbers if u look carefully
im just gonna say m ign is sakueplay im 16 i want to be staff cuz i catch hackers im staff on 4 servers live in Knightdale close to Raleigh email ill say in private chat msg me if I'm in
