Rules and Regulations
No greifing
No killing in hub
No telling faction secrets
No teleportation unless to faction or hub
No leaving the boundaries of -1000 to 1000 the boundries may expand later
No mining under hub
No not having fun
How to start a faction
first ask permission from admin and post on message board no more then 8 people per faction for now.
If you want to staff comment below reasons why you would be a good member.
a seed with every type of tree, a water temple at least one mob spawner , and 2 villages. Also the more bioms the better a small snow biom with a igloo would be great. If the snow biom covers more then 1/5 of the map i wouldn't much like it. a mineshaft is neccassary if you can find that

PVP must be outside the town boundaries
you may only grief houses without a permit its bedrock if a house doesn't have one you may greif
if you buy a plot to rent it you must talk to the host
trading is allowed but not using the currency outside of the town
currency
gold ingot 1 dollar gold nugget 0.10 gold block 100$
if you buy a plot you must build a shop or business of some kind not personal houses
don't take blocks from your house if its in town
jobs are available to anyone to work at a shop or be self employed you don't need a business to do jobs like red stone help body guard or anything any job is avalibe

Im looking for...
