posted a message on Do spawnchunks keep loaded with no players in a server?

I'm hosting a server and i have an iron farm in the spawnchunks, i was wondering if it could keep working while the server is open with no players, i'm pretty sure it doesn't work if there is nobody connected so, is there any server config or redstone and portals construction i could do for this problem?

posted a message on Bonus rounds with bad omen 2-6?

I read that there are bonus rounds if you have a higher bad omen level than 1, how many? is there any difference between bad omen 2 and 6 in terms of rounds.
I have a killing pillagers thing which gives me lots of totems and emeralds, i don't care about enchanted axes or crossbows, is there any reason for me to get bad omen 6 or bad omen 2 is enough?

posted a message on How to fix bad popularity on a village

I have a villager breeder and when i was transporting an important villager by boat another one got in so as there were already 2 villagers in the boat i couldn't get in, so basically i killed the intruder without lava, suffocating or any other "safe" method. Now my 10 emerald mending trader asks me 24 for it, is there any way to get my popularity back up without having to pay that much emeralds? which i don't have

It's being played on a server i'm hosting btw.

posted a message on Friends can log in but chunks won't load and get disconnected

I'm hosting at my pc with minecraft server 1.14.2, when i connect i have no problem but when friends try to do it they connect but not any chunk would load nor their inventories, they will just float in the void until they get kicked, my connection speed is very high (16 mb/s max) (bytes not bits) and the connections of the people trying to connect isn't slow either

I think i have the port oppened, I ran the following test:

    "Test-NetConnection -Port 25565 -ComputerName |my hamachi ipv4 here| -InformationLevel Detailed"

    in powershell and returned this:

    ComputerName :|my hamachi ipv4 here|
    RemoteAddress :|my hamachi ipv4 here|
    RemotePort : 25565
    NameResolutionResults :|my hamachi ipv4 here|
    MatchingIPsecRules :
    NetworkIsolationContext : Private Network
    InterfaceAlias : Hamachi
    SourceAddress :|my hamachi ipv4 here|
    NetRoute (NextHop) : 0.0.0.0
    TcpTestSucceeded : True

Some context and information you may find useful:

A friend created the server and it worked in his laptop

Then he tried to host it in his desktop pc but it didn't work (connected to the same network)

In the server.properties file there is a blank space in the "server ip" item so i imagine that it has nothing to do with the server files only working in his laptop

After not working in his desktop pc he tried laptop again and it worked again. (but as we were many players we had some performance issues)

He sent me the server and i had the problem this post is about.

Some time ago we had a 1.13 server and it worked perfectly, we sent each other the server files and had no problem, since then i changed my network but my friend didn't so i don't know what is causing the problems

When we had the 1.13 server, this problem occurred once or twice but it was because of low connection speed of the person connecting

English is not my native language so, sorry if i had some mistakes,

    Looking forward for a solution,

    Rodrigo
