As for WE/WG, are you in a region when this happens?
I'm not in a region, and these are my plugins: Warps, Ancient Gates, Essentials, Heads, Sign Mod, Welcome Message, World Edit, and World Guard... I set a region for a place that you can build, but when I go out of it, I still can't build. Watch this video:
On my minecraft server, nobody can build. If you're not opped or admin, then you don't have permission. How do I make it where anyone can build? I have certain regions set where they can't build, but I want them to build in other places. Here's a video:
It's called a server MOTD, not to be confused with the Essentials MOTD. It can be edited in the server.properties file by the administrator of the server.
I have a good Idea for a map. I edited some pictures of the idea, so you guys can see.
First, when you open your inventory, you will notcie a new slot above the crafting slots.

Next, you drag the map into the new slot.

Last, if you go out of your inventory, you will see the map in the top right corner. It's like the minimap mod. Instead of having to look down, you can just look at the top right of the screen.

I hope you take my idea into consideration, it could make playing minecraft so much easier, also it reduces one space in your inventory, and if you ever get lost, you can just glance at the top.
Since the new update, on my main survival world, Slimes have been spawning on top of the world, like on the grass, instead of caves. Here's some examples that I caught:

Last one, it's a bunch of slimes, in the water, and on land.
So is this just part of the new update, or is it an update bug?
Since 1.4.4 came out mine carts have been really laggy, and shaky. When I tried to ride one, it was lagging, and shaking. I tried to make a minecrat station, and when I hit the button for the minecart to come out, it went underground, and then when I mined it up, it disappeared. Can someone please tell me if this is a bug, my computer, my settings, or account.
This is AlphaCraft, it's basically MineCraft Alpha. The lush green grass, and the dark cobblestone. Some things, like pistons, Lapis luzuli, and emeralds. I've changed them a little, to look more like they were in Alpha. I also did the same thing with the beds. It looks like it's made out of wool.

My friend and I are trying to host a LAN server with the SAME internet. We ARE connected to the same internet, when he hosts the server, it shows up in my multiplayer, but when I try to join, it says "connecting to server..." for like 5 minutes, after that it says "failed to connect" timed out" or something like that. I have a mac, does that have anything to do with it? Also when I host a LAN server, on his multiplayer, my server doesn't even SHOW up! Why is this doing this? Is it because I have a mac, or something with the internet? Please help...

Yeah, my house is on a swamp biome. Sweet, I was looking for slimes for so long no I can just go outside and harvest slimeballs.
