Have you guys ever been on MCEdit too long that when you get back on creative mode in MC, you automatically hold right click when flying? Or with the old MCEdit you tried to press "Q" to fly up? #JustMapMakersThings
So I guess that could be a community question. Why is this forum limited to vanilla CTM stuff? Would it be unthinkable to make a modded CTM map? I am not thinking one of those HQM packs where everything is about doing difficult technical and engineering stuff but mods do give you options to customize mobs to an extend that command blocks don't really allow. Or?
Making CTM on vanilla already hard enough, let alone making use of mods.
Why do this reminds me of those "lose weight" pop-up ads on the internet? With the picture of a fat guy on the left and a really buff guy on the right?

To be honest, the vanilla gameplay of Minecraft isn't really appealing to me. The main reason why I bought this game is because of these thing called custom maps, in which player could "make your own game" without any knowledge of coding whatsoever. And that's really interesting to me.
So basically the main reason why I bought the game is to get into this mapping thing (and unfortunately, along the way I found other stuff besides mapping like minigame server and mods, which made me unable to complete maps until now ), especially the CTM genre. To me, CTM maps has a different feel to it than other genres in both its aesthetics and gameplay. Building structures, stroking MCEdit/Worldedit/VoxelSniper brushes, and creating and placing mobs spawner feels like making an art to me. I really felt something doing all of that stuff aside of my busy schedule.

(Y... You guys have movie nights?)
Yay I'm helpful! :V
I'm going to go to the 3rd wave btw

How about doing a kind of "waves"? Like the jam was held in 2 or 3 waves. First wave is on 1-3 August, second wave is on 8-10 August, and so on.
You can participate in any of those waves, but the map building will still have to take place in 72 hours.

Yea, this weekend is super crazy for me too. 15-17, I'll be fine about that. And also, more time to think about the concept of the map

I thought there was a rule about one CQ per-page thing.
Eh, whatever. Screw it.
Community Question:
Would you fight one Fangride-sized duck or one hundred duck-sized Fangride?
