and as the final note the thread, mods will be released even faster then before
As a modder, I understand what you mean.
I think the problem is that the OP doesn't understand why mods have to be updated. They have to be updated because the API changes with every version! With a well designed mod api built into minecraft, mods will never have to be updated unless new features are added, therefore making it so you don't have to reinstall your mods all the time.
has any one come up with a way to translate the enchantment book so we can tell what enchantments are getting added to what ever you enchant? i think it was stupid for them to make a differant language, cant even tell what you get......
Well... it is actually pretty trivial to mod the game so that you can read the enchantments but it doesn't matter. They are are just random jumbled words. :biggrin.gif: See http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Enchanting#Enchantments
So right now i have a Dell Inspiron with an i3 prcessor. It works fine for gaming and general stuff, but is starting to kinda poop out on me after only 2 years. For Christmas I'm probably getting a laptop, but I don't know what I want.
I was looking at the dell inspiron 15r, the dell inspiron 14r, and the Acer AS5741Z-5433. Are any of these good? If they are will they hold up to the punishment of running mods such as Tale of Kingdoms? Or recording with FRAPS, nad uploading video to youtube? thank you for your help and time
The Dells are good, probably can run any mod, maybe have
some lag while recording. Make sure you get a good graphics card and plug into power adapter while playing tho...
1. open windows explorer (the file browser)
2. Copy the world folder.
3. go to "%appdata%\.minecraft\saves" by typing that into the location bar
4. paste the world folder.
5. play minecraft

I think he means that it would have more blast resistance.

Why run one from a browser? You can just run Minecraft.exe twice.
