[*** WHAT IS BETTER THAN WOLVES? ***]
Better Than Wolves is a "total conversion". This differs from most mods that you are probably used to in that it changes many of the rules of play to provide a richer experience, rather than just adding in new stuff. What makes it special however, is that it always attempts to do so in a way that retains the original spirit of the game, perhaps even more so than the newer official releases.
It focuses both on challenging survival play, and player creativity in terms of never providing "magic block" solutions to in game problems. Instead, it provides basic tools and leaves it to the player to figure out how to use them to get the job done.
In short, Better Than Wolves is a vision of what Mincraft could have been, designed by a very serious player, for other like minded individuals.

Great things take time

It isn't dead, Spirale updated us not too long ago.
And yes, AC has been dropped, but so what? It honestly is not THAT hard to get it running.
I still wait eagerly for the next (and hopefully more) updates to the map (even if it takes 5 more years to finish!!!)

If you download from this, or the actual adventurecraft topic. It is not a virus.
At worst your anti-virus is chucking a false-positive at you.

Could add a few more building blocks (cement, road etc.) and really as a separate game-mode, it wont affect game play otherwise. Like Hard-Core it is there for those that want it, and adds more blocks and possibilities for creative builders and map makers.
All round would be an awesome addition
Those hating on the idea, don't shoot it down so hard. This would be a game mode that is suited to some and not others.
Vechs super hostile maps don't suit certain people, they prefer a bit of an easier survival challenge. But those that play enjoy it and new ones that come out. Certain players would enjoy this and it could be expanded upon here and there over the months/years.
Either mojang adds this, or someone makes one serious mod!!!

Yeah you need to back-grade it to 1.3.2 (clean install - no mods).
Than download adventurecraft from its thread, and the 0.9.7 version of the map from this thread

Either way, keep up the good work

Have you played on the EpicMinecrafter servers before? No, I have not had the pleasure to do so before.
Why do you want to join this server? Looking for some fun (and no grief players so the whitelist is great).
Have you ever been banned before, and if so, why? Nope

But I have noticed that neutral mobs (such as the cyclops) attack the Millenaire villagers (and the villagers do the same).
I have tested it over and over and each mob (villager from Millenaire, Cyclops from D-RPG) just run at each other, neither starts the attack "first" they both just decide the other mob looks like an enemy.
I have requested that Millenaire creator put in an option to make the villagers neutral, but the cyclops's would still attack them regardless. Does anyone know if there is a way to make them neutral towards other mobs? If not is it possible to get this added as an option (possibly in the config?)

I disagree with your thoughts.
I feel another section of map is a great idea.
If they go with a time warp idea or something of the sort (as suggested by a few people), some items could be removed from the player upon transfer to the new section, and thus more things to earn (not earn the same stuff as before, but new items)/
I too hope we see some information soon..
