    It's also a compressed file format.

    You place it in the mods folder.


    I am aware. But, I use MCPatcher and it won't let me patch with a .jar file.

    Hello and thank you for checking out my thread.

    I'm trying to power a generator with an Industrial Craft pump that has pipes leading down to a lava pool.
    1. Is this possible?
    2. a] If so, can you help me accomplish it?
    2. b] If not, what is a good alternative to power a generator that has a compressor and two macerators taking energy from it. Coal is getting expensive.

    EDIT: I removed all Red Power components and there's no screwdrivers in game anymore. now there's a bigger problem, haha. No crafting recipe for anything involving Silver, as that was the ingot being replaced by screwdrivers...

    I'm going to try removing the Iron Chest mod then re-installing it.

    EDIT 2: that didn't help.. still no recipe.

They both usually end up making more problems then they solve, like I said before.

    I can't transfer the modded minecraft.jar or mods over to you though, as that would be illegal. I can, however, show you the simplest way to fix your problem once you let me solve it once for myself.

    Edit: I should mention that I know exactly what your problem is, but fixing it is another story. Essentially, when you break the nikolite ore, it has a script to call a certain id out. Like, it will say to drop 5 nikolite dust, for example. The screwdrivers have the same id (or the id for nikolite and screwdrivers was changed by your id "fixer") as the nikolite dust, so thats what is causing the problem.


    Is it of interest to you that the nikolite ore/dust is not showing up in Not Enough Items or anywhere in the creative inventory?

    I also just refreshed my mods and assigned priorities. So the problem is (for the moment) fixed. If It pops up again I'll probably crawl ack to you if you don't mind. I'll give you an apple. :-(o): :Pig: How does that do for payment in advance? haha.

    For future explanation as well, I've tried not using a launcher.... it doesn't end well. As for the ID resolver I was told to use it because there was an ID conflict between two mods that I'm using. It fixed that problem last week. I'll tell ya, not a week goes by between mod updates and overall Minecraft updates. :steve_eyeroll:
