What can you bring to the server?
I can really bring anything you need, I am an OK builder, I have some experience in plugins, I am good with working with people, I am good with breaking up fights in chat, I used to have a Minecraft Youtube Channel, but that is gone, I can really almost help you with anything
Why should I pick you?
I think I could be good for being and Admin or Moderator for this server. I get mostly good reviews (I get bad ones for getting blamed for something I didn't do). I like to help out smaller servers, ones who the owner actually cares for a person that is helping out the server unlike bigger servers like Hypixel where they have so many people on staff, the admins and stuff don't even know who they are, unlike smaller servers, and I like to help them grow. I like to see small servers go bigger and bigger and being apart of it is amazing.
Give me an example situation of someone breaking the rules and what you would do?
Lets say someone is hacking, I would first start recording, and then I would test them a little bit, just to making sure that they are hacking, and If I do catch them, for confirmation, I would sent the video to you (The Owner) to make sure that it is ok to ban them for hacking or breaking the rules. That will go for anything.
How long can you be on per week?
About 8 to 10 hours a week, depending on what I am doing.

What makes you a reliable asset to our staff team? - I am responsible for any task that you will give me, I would do anything you would say for me to do at any given time. I will be on the server daily for at least a couple hours. I will make sure the server is running smoothly and that there is no trouble going on. If you need me, most of the time you can just message me on discord for anything.
How well do you think you will do your job as a Moderation / Administration Staff Member and why? - I think I would do well. Again, I can really do anything, when it comes to plugins (kind of, still getting into that), building, giving ideas, help breaking up a fight in chat, you name it. I think I would do great on the server, I have learned from the past years of working for servers, on what to do, what not to do, how to do something, and how not to do something. I really like helping for servers, and I like trying to grow servers and make them big and being apart of that. That is why I do these kind of things. It is almost like a hobby.

I stopped helping servers for about a year and I want to get back into it with this server. And I would probably only work this server because I used to work on like 4 servers at a time. But I have been Admin on quite a bit of servers, Co-Owner on a couple, I used to own my own server actually and it was going well, and then I just stopped running it, anyways, I was moderator for only a few servers, it was either those servers went down, or I ranked up.

I hate working hard on some servers and then the server just closing down in like a week and losing all contact of any staff member. But this server, I see a lot of potential in. On how serious you want the server to grow and you work hard on the building and spawns I see in the pictures. That is the server I like to help out on and I enjoyed doing it and now I want to get back into it. And I think this is a good server to see what I can do and try and help this server grow.
