It is already done, and has been done for several hours.
Sorry to give you the news, but the class names have changed and thus require all of the mods to be recompiled for 1.3.2
Yeah, it stinks.
MCP for 1.3.2 is available here: http://www.mediafire.com/?3en0elvwmm2xee3
I'll see how much the obfuscation has changed soon, when I update my Console mod.

Worth noting there is this however: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/worldedit-selection-visualizer/

Yes; you are attempting to use a mod for Minecraft 1.6.2 on Minecraft 1.7.10. You will need to switch to 1.6.2 for it to work.

An updated version of SPC for Minecraft 1.6.4 is still in progress, I've just been very busy lately.
In addition, I am currently working on a new commands mod for 1.7.10, which I plan to backport.

Interesting. I think the best way to address this will be for me to just make SPC a Forge mod.

An update for 1.7.10 will be coming soon, especially if Rockyroxay provides more details about their issue
In the mean time, I think it's likely that the 1.7.2 version a page or so back would still work. Try it and tell me the result.

Nah, it's Notepad++ now

In the mean time, I have started work on a new commands mod for LiteLoader.
An initial version will probably be out by the end of the month.

What other mods are you using, and could you provide some screenshots? Thanks.

This mod is exclusively for WorldEdit functionality. I'm working on a LiteLoader mod which will add new commands. Also, the above crash report looks like an issue with incorrectly installed FML, so it isn't reasonable for Mumfrey to know how to help.

It is not actively being worked on. I'm working on a final 1.6.4 release that will include an installer.

You can't really. If the river isn't very deep, there's likely not enough room for the coral to generate.

EDIT: Fixed issue of green coral dropping when placed adjacently.

It has most of the commands that SPC has, as well as a few that it doesn't. Commands are shown in the built-in console, so I would generally recommend using that as command lists may be outdated.
