Hell no, ultimate table tennis: this tool creates meteors from the balls it hits and "renews rescources" with fiery death all over far flung continents.
I think gold should stay a useless material. People use it for currency in multiplayer.
If anything were to be used for currency, it'd either be gold or paper
but people don't really need currency, for they can simply trade resources they need
This would be great to be implimented into the game, especially multiplayer!
I absolutely LOVE teamwork, it's the only reason humans are here today! :happy.gif:
So you could have a group of people storming the castles and towers (or setting villages on fire >:biggrin.gif: )
Also, monsters shouldn't be the only creatures inhabiting villages, there should be interactive npc peoples that you can possibly trade with, go to war with, or mercilessly slaughter!!! :biggrin.gif: :biggrin.gif:
Binocs/Spyglass/telescopes would be incredibly useful for a BUNCH of things, like exploring, searching for resources, home defence, and it'd just be really cool :biggrin.gif:

You'd have to make time move faster (Over the server) for the players that are sleeping, than the players that are dukin' it out with wooden pickaxes against a bunch of huggable creepers, or just mining, I'm just saying it would be very hard to implement over multiplayer... (It's hard to make time go faster for some than others)
If beds were to be put into the game, (by the way THE GAME, that is all) they would most likely only restore health at night in multiplayer, and possibly make time go faster in singleplayer only
Yes good sir, this is a great idea! I'd love to go camping with a fire, cook some broiled beef :smile.gif: Sounds like REAL SURVIVAL NOW!!!! (Good work lad!)
1 : I doubt obsidian can be used as a sufficient power source...
2 : Obsidian arrows (more damaging, but maybe non-retrievable due to them being made of GLASS) are actually a great idea, these were used by Native Americans, and typically had longer ranges and more piercing ability than regular stone and metal arrows
3 : Grinding down obsidian and putting it into your clothes wouldnt make it a pretty black... it'd slice your chest to pieces...
Aztecs used weapons with obsidian blades on them, and they were absolutely deadly, I mean, you could just poke a pig with one of these things, and it'd get a decent sized hole in it!
Also considering obsidian (despite it being "glass") is pretty much the hardest substance in the game... it'd make great weapons...
so yeah, +SUPPORT! :biggrin.gif:
But there has to be some downside to it; a reason for you to still have Diamond tools.
yeah, maybe saaay, while it's furnacing and crap, it gets more brittle? :biggrin.gif:
I'll try to explain... the player model stands on one foot at a time, and raises his hands one after the other, to achieve his ultimate victory dance!!! (Anyone got a better explanation?)

It's pretty silly that the bookshelves have no purpose other than to sit in a corner and look pretty
