I have cleared my cache for another reason and had my antivirus clear cache on a regular intervals and I havent noticed a change, I may try again manually to double check though

It may not work, but it is always best to try the least drastic solutions first

I suspect it will not work till MP comes out with a new solution, and I have confidence that he can do it, but maybe not as fast as we all want

oops, that's a really bad news because my map is 600000*300000..........

not the tiles, I meant the cache for the web browser you are using to view the map .... if other people can see the map fine then it might be your cached files.

I think I have had similar issues with fullrender and end up using other commands but my needs are much different, here is a list of the commands that may help you https://github.com/webbukkit/dynmap/wiki/Commands

I have places on my map that won't render on certain zoom levels but is fine on others and I have tried many things to get them to show but I can only put it down to my connection because others see it just fine

have you tried clearing your web cache?

how can i render the black part in my map? There are only the places which i pass by can be seen on the map.I have used the worldborder to fill my map and it is finished. I try to fullrender the world but nothing happens. How can I do?

It is a known issue. As far as I know, the only way to fix it now is using the /dynmap updaterender ... HOWEVER, this command is really not up to the task as it only updates a small square about 200x200 I think ... so you will be wandering around the map and typing it a lot ... it sucks. Anyone that knows of a solution to this problem will be cheered if they post it here.

    Hello,

I need some help editing my scoreboard.dat file. I have 2 objectives. Objective1 and Objective2 .... I want to combine them so that if a player has a score of objective1=1 and a score of objective2=2 it would set objective1=2

How can I do something like this with the find and replace options?

posted a message on Blockless-commands? Need info please :)

I haven't worked with command blocks for a while. Some time ago I heard that you could use commands in minecraft without command blocks at all (no, I don't mean the console).... that you could make text files and they would run similarly to a mini-program and they would run in the background of minecraft.

Is this true and does anyone have a good link to a tutorial? and what is it called?

    Thanks very much

I am looking for a way to clear a player's inventory of all items EXCEPT maps. I can't figure how to do it with the /clear command

No, those are commands. You just dump them into a function file

I am not familiar with function files, they look interesting. Are they just java code or is it a special minecraft system?

Probably since I am on a spigot server, I will just grab a random tp plugin .... I was hoping there would be a simple solution, and plugins tend to depreciate with patches .... but it looks like that might be simpler.

    Thanks

You can use this pseudo-random number generator:

    #Setup (PRNG)
    #Scoreboard setup
    scoreboard objectives add prngOutput dummy

    scoreboard objectives add STPRNG dummy
scoreboard players add ST_Seed STPRNG 0
scoreboard players set ST_Mult STPRNG 16383
scoreboard players set ST_Max STPRNG 131071
scoreboard players set ST_Range STPRNG 99
scoreboard players add ST_Out STPRNG 0
scoreboard players set 240000 STPRNG 240000
#Use the gametime as the seed
execute store result score ST_Seed STPRNG run time query daytime
#bring the number under 240000, to avoid overflows
scoreboard players operation ST_Seed STPRNG %= 240000 STPRNG

    #Put into a function file:
    ############################################################
    ###Pseudo-random number generator by SharpieThunderflare & Jacopa3.###
    #Get a new seed
scoreboard players operation ST_Seed STPRNG *= ST_Mult STPRNG
    #Trim the seed down
scoreboard players operation ST_Seed STPRNG %= ST_Max STPRNG
#Making sure the seed is not zero.
scoreboard players add ST_Seed STPRNG 1
    #Set output number to seed
scoreboard players operation ST_Out STPRNG = ST_Seed STPRNG
    #Modulo output for final number
scoreboard players operation ST_Out STPRNG %= ST_Range STPRNG
    ############################################################

scoreboard players operation @s prngOutput = ST_Out STPRNG

It will output any number between 0 and ST_Range STPRNG score. So this one will output any number between 0 and 99 (100 numbers in total).

If you execute this function as an entity, that entity will recieve the score prngOutput which is equal to the output of the generator.

    Then,

if the player has a prngOutput score of 0, /spreadplayers that player in area 1.

if the player has a prngOutput score of 1, /spreadplayers that player in area 2.

if the player has a prngOutput score of 2, /spreadplayers that player in area 3.

    etc.

How would that work in game though, is that a plugin that needs to be compiled?

    /tp @r[type=armor_stand,tag=edge_tp,c=1] @p

This command teleports 1 of the 3 armor stands (tagged "a", "b", or "c") to the player's face

    /execute @e[tag=a] ~ ~ ~ tp @a[r=1,c=1] 100.5 999999 0.5

    /execute @e[tag=b] ~ ~ ~ tp @a[r=1,c=1] 200.5 999999 0.5

    /execute @e[tag=c] ~ ~ ~ tp @a[r=1,c=1] 300.5 999999 0.5

After teleporting, the 1 of the 3 commands above will execute, then the player will be teleported to one of the 3 specified location.

    /execute @a[x=?,y=?,z=?,rm=?] ~ ~ ~ kill @e[tag=edge_tp]

After it's done, the armor stands can die.

I see, so you would still need a command block for each location

The reason for this is so that noobies can go to a random location in the wilderness after they join. If there are limited destinations, then other people will get teleported to where someone built their house.

When I started doing this, I thought of adding a row of command blocks, each with a location and then adding a randomizer to it. It seems like this method is basically the same number of command blocks as that, plus armor stands.

It is a novel approach, but I don't think it is really what I am looking for. Thanks though

Then I think I can do a little bit of change:
Summon 3 armor stand with different tags "a", "b" and "c", and a common tag "edge_tp" at somewhere players can't go next to, but near it
    /tp @r[type=armor_stand,tag=edge_tp,c=1] @p

    /execute @e[tag=a] ~ ~ ~ tp @a[r=1,c=1] 100.5 999999 0.5

    /execute @e[tag=b] ~ ~ ~ tp @a[r=1,c=1] 200.5 999999 0.5

    /execute @e[tag=c] ~ ~ ~ tp @a[r=1,c=1] 100.5 999999 0.5

    /execute @a[x=?,y=?,z=?,rm=?] ~ ~ ~ kill @e[tag=edge_tp]

Then re-summon the armor stands when they need to tp again

I am not following this, maybe you could explain this in a bit more detail?
