What you showed me was the iron shells of multiple structures and ~7 minutes of minecarting. You should REALLY get some better footage. Don't go somewhere, hop out of the minecart, look up for a moment, and hop back in the minecart. I don't care if it's a simple hut by the water, give the viewer an actual tour. Plus, it looks a lot better on you if you don't have cluttered tracks when making a video.
Anyways, city criticism time. It is a start, I'll give you that. You have multiple structures that look decent and a monorail system that doesn't suck. But really, your city is too plain and bare. 1) You use mostly iron blocks. Add some change in there. Nobody wants to look at a collection of iron walls. Try making patterns with iron blocks on your buildings: Iron City gives the impression that most, if not all, buildings should have iron in them. 2) You need more buildings. As far as I could tell, your downtown was a little more than a pair of buildings by the edge of town (at least that's where the minecart dropped you off). Build some more. As a suggestion, go back downtown and add some more structures: office buildings, stores or anything alike. Expand with a few dozen buildings downtown, then go back to the other places and continue building there.
