I am having trouble too to install in Minecraft Version 1.7.10; Pixelmon 3.5.1.
I dont have a folder named addons.
I use Default Minecraft Launcher, Forge 10.13.4.1558 and the following mods: OpFine; Lucky Block; JourneyMap and Pixelmon. All of them are working fine...
