Hello, I have tried posting several times about this but haven't gotten a good response. On all of the newer versions of optifine since 1.7.2, I have been experiencing a game breaking bug whenever I turn the camera. It turns very quickly, sometimes doing a full spin even when I just tried to look to my side. I have tried this with multiple mouses, and the built in laptop touchpad. It has nothing to do with the sensitivity of the mouse nor any minecraft settings, sensitivity or otherwise. I have tried many games, and I have adjusted every minecraft setting I could find. The problem only occurs in minecraft, and doesn't affect any other games. I have reinstalled minecraft, and then wiped my hard drive and reinstalled windows. I have tried many different java versions, and I have updated my AMD drivers. Nothing has worked. The problem only involves optifine, not vanilla minecraft. I wouldn't use optifine if it weren't for the fact that it provides an essential fps increase. Please help, I've been trying to resolve this for two months. I have tried every new optifine version, I have tried every java version I could find, and I have completely reinstalled windows and wiped my HDD. Please, please, please help. Am I missing something? Do I need to change something in my gpu settings? I am using an AMD 1.6 Ghz dual-core cpu, 2 Gbs of Ram and an integrated AMD GPU. I average around 30-45 fps with optifine. I use Windows 7 Home Premium. Please help.
Also, spx14 ( I think I got that?) I sent you a message.
I've heard of a fix but never tried it: Go to your Minecraft.exe, right-click and go to properties, compatibility tab, "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" (not sure if it's meant to be on or off). Hopefully this helps you.
But minecraft doesn't run from an .exe, it's java based, so it's a .jar?

Running an acer laptop with a 1.6 Ghz dual core processor and integrated AMD card, running Windows 7. The bug was occurring before and after the new hard drive and it has only been happening in Optifine for 1.8.+ I've tried tons of different java versions, including the new minecraft proprietary version of java, and I've tried disabling and reinstalling every possible setting.
VBO's on, no problems in vanilla, I already said I updated graphics drivers and the problem still persists. Only occurs with optifine and doesn't affect any other game. And I did a full windows reinstall on a new HDD.
Still experiencing the turning bug, after a full windows, java, minecraft, and optifine reinstall. I've tried multiple java versions, multiple optifine versions, installing updated graphics card drivers, everything. The game is completely unplayable without optifine due to low fps, but completely unplayable WITH optifine due to this bug. I can't turn without spinning uncontrollably. A simple turn to the right results in a complete 360 or 180. please help.

Make sure the "360 No-Scope MLG Pro" option is disabled in super secret settings.

I'm still having problems with unplayable turning sensitivity, and changing java version didn't help. My settings are not different, and changing my sensitivity has no effect on the bug. It only happens on Optifine, not vanilla.

I tried that, but the option isn't available. Thanks, hopefully the mod author can help.

Didn't work. Thanks, though.

The new launcher uses its own version of java, doesn't it?
