It seem my host can't handle Pixelmon and occasionally went up 100% CPU with around 30 mods. I'm now looking for a hosting with high end processor and reasonable price. Only 3 player are using this. I think something like 4GBs is good enough but any advice is fine if you have any.
Hey Dimitri,
I'd recommend our 2gb Gold package for only $9.99. You get full premium hardware, including Intel Xeon's, DDR4 Ram, and Intel SSD's. You won't have any performance issues with our CPU's, I assure you
You can even use a discount code to get the server a bit cheaper! Use "Save25" for 25% off your order.
If you have any other questions or want more detailed hardware specs, feel free to submit a sales/support ticket at our website www.gamingsurfer.com

Don't sweat it, setting up a minecraft server is frustrating at times! I'm glad we got everything sorted out for you and hope you enjoy your server. If you ever need us again, submit a ticket and we'll be there for you
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble, we will of course offer a full refund if that is what you want. Please read the following, and if you still desire a refund let me know.
You have opened 2 support tickets since you ordered your server, and we have responded to both. I just responded to a ticket you opened a few minutes ago. What happened is, you logged in (or someone from your IP) incorrectly too many times in a short period and were blacklisted. This is a security feature on our servers to protect our clients from unauthorized logins, and is standard practice. We have lifted this blacklisting due to your support tickets and have reset the passwords involved and can confirm login from multiple off site locations. I believe the difference between the cpanel and multicraft usernames/passwords may be causing some confusion, and will reset your username/password again and provide them to you in a support ticket. It is my hope that we can solve whatever it is that's causing the incorrect login attempts.
I've responded to your ticket as well, but wanted to post here too. I've found that the issue lies with the multicraft usage bars themselves, as they continue to accumulate and never go down, even when RAM/CPU is freed up. I've made a public announcement to all clients explaining this issue, and recommending a plugin called LagMeter in the meantime if you need to monitor the actual RAM usage of your servers closely for now. I have also contacted Multicraft and will investigate reprogramming the usage bars myself. Thank you so much for bringing this concern to our attention, it truly helps us improve and stay up to date. As a thank you, I have credited your account for a month.
Thanks so much again, let me know if I can help you further in any way!
I've rebooted your server and have connected to it and run over 500+ blocks away from spawn. The server is running at around 600mb of RAM at the time, and no lag yet. I'm going to open a support ticket for you so we can test it together and get this working properly for you. Thanks for your patience in this matter!
I'm very sorry to hear you aren't getting what was expected. I am going to make sure we take care of this for you right away. Can you please let me know what type of server you are trying to setup, and I'll review everything personally to see why the resource usage is so high. You can also open a support ticket on our website and we can assist you from there, but feel free to PM me or respond to this forum thread.
Weekend promotion is not inactive, but we had a great time working with new clients! We still have an active promotion of "50off1month" which is50% off a single-month purchase of any pacakge!
