Oh wow, these are both really nice! I'm thinking of building something like this in my small town. But yeah, I think you should use less bricks...wooden floors would be fine.

Hi everyone! My name is panacea, my ingame username is troublesbeless, and this is my attempt to build a small town.
Small towns in North America - despite having never lived in one - have always struck me as being beautiful. I love the architecture: the conjoined brick buildings, the huge bay windows, the meticulous attention to detail, are joys lost where I come from. So, when my friend introduced me to Minecraft, I immediately got to work on recreating (read: bastardizing) those buildings in actual small towns that I thought were especially beautiful. Podunk, MC isn't the actual name of the town; the current name of the town is Portarlington, but since I keep changing the name, I thought "Podunk, MC" would sum up my project quite nicely.
