The latest mo creatures v5.1.5 seems to be blocking ID resolver from the Global mod options on the options screen. They were side by side in the last version of mo'creatures but now I have no ID resolver, just mo'creatures and GUI examples. Please fix I already posted with ID resolver and they said to try here. THANKS>>>
Does it show up without Mo' Creatures? Does Mo' Creatures show up?
(I'm sure everyone knows, but I AM NOT the mod creator. I'm just being helpful when I can. I thought I would point this out as I've been posting so much lately...)
Yes it shows up without mo'creatures. As soon as I put mo'creatures in it, it disappears. It showed up along side of mo'creatures in the last version(of mo'creatures) but since I updated mo'creatures, now its gone.
And yes mo'creatures is showing up just not ID resolver
I am a little desperate for help here, so go easy on me for being new. I really want to use this mod, but at the same time, I can't play Minecraft without Biomes O' Plenty. It's just not the same after trying that mod. I noticed that there are two different patches that add support for BOP, listed here, and here.
The problem is, I have no idea which of the patches I am supposed to use. Am I supposed to use Ticlon's, SoNick's, or both of them?
I use both mods without problem, never even heard of any patch. They seem to work fine for me as is. Give it a try and see the awesomeness!!!! You'll be fine.
With the latest Mo'creatures v5.1.5 for some reason I no longer have the ID resolver in my Global mod settings. Is there a reason or solution for this?
Hi all! First post, since I haven't seen this error yet, and wasn't sure if it should be on the BoP thread or a Forestry thread. Currently trying to run BoP 0.5.1 and Forestry Beta 2.1.2.31, when Minecraft crashes with this error report:

Seems to be an Item ID conflict, and I'm not sure how easy/difficult those are to fix. I would appreciate any and all feedback!
Try ID resolver 1.5.1. You can download it from the forums. You already have the latest forge and the GUI so you just need to download ID resolver and copy and paste it in your 'coremods' folder. Then run your minecraft. A screen will show up saying 1st run or something like that. Click on 'only show conflicts' to make that one true. And continue. Once it gets to BOP it will stop again and show you the conflict, then I usually click 'automatically assign ID for all from this mod' button and it does the rest. IT is very handy. Otherwise there is a configure file in your .minecraft folder. You could look in there and manually change the ID and hopefully it will be an open number not filled by any other mods. But more than likely when you have one conflict you will have more so I suspect that 3956(bamboo sapling) is not going to be the only conflict. ID resolver will change IDS to the next open number. Hope this helps!!!! Good luck
Thanks, but I did do that.
Inside the parent zip "Millenaire 4.8.0.zip" there is a folder named "put in mods folder" and inside this folder are the 3 files you're talking about. One of these is a zip file called millenaire 4.8.0.zip, and this is the file magic launcher does not properly detect as having a mod inside of it.
could you maybe rephrase that, cause i didnt get what were you trying to say
when you create a new world go to 'more world options' in there you will see on the right 'world type' change this setting to 'biomes o' plenty' then create your world.
Hello, I am having issues trying to get this mod to work.
In magic launcher, under the Millenaire 4.8.0.zip file, it says 'no mods found'.
Do you know how to solve this issue?
I don't use 'magic launcher' but with regular install you have to OPEN the .zip file and drag ALL 3 file folders to the mods folder.try clicking on the file till you get to the 3 file folders. good luck...:)
Hey.. I got a bit of problem... I did everything in the installation instructions exactly...
I used This universal forge Build 7.7.1.662: 2013-04-19 22:14:49 for MC: 1.5.1
when i start the game, the forge loads and says i got 4 mods loaded and active and in the mods submenu there is this biomes mod as well... Gameplay is normal, but there simply are no new biomes... i tried 3 newly generated worlds and covered areas of at least -2k/-2k to 2k/2k and nothing... anybody help?
change your 'more world options setting' off of default and to Biomes o' Plenty
Every time I return from the Wyvern Lair I crash. It only happens when returning.

Just dumped jammy furniture due to ID conflicts. For some reason changing the IDS of jammy furniture causes me to crash. Just stumbled onto this and this is WAAAAY better than jammy furniture. And no ID conflicts with me!!! Keep up the good work it is truly AWESOME!!!!!!
A fix for this incompatibility is to change the Smart Moving config. If you set ladder climbing to 'standard', then your ladders should work. The default ladder climbing setting is 'free', and I have not tried the other settings.
Thanks for the tidbit!!! Now I have the best of both worlds!!!!
It depends what other mods you have installed, but I moved it to 120. However, that might not help if you've already generated the land of Atum. You'll need to run off in a direction until the game generates some fresh non-glaciery chunks.
