Hmm, just list the process ids and then kill [pid]
The command to list pid is "ps"
I tried that but there isn't anything named with minecraft in it. I tried using pgrep -l for minecraft, minecraftserver, and even sorting through top but didn't find anything :/
I use http://www.nfoservers.com/ for my web-hosting and a VPS. I've used them for years for different games. They have great pings, hardware, and support in my opinion.

Yeah, buy your wife the game.
Looking to expand our player base a little bit and hope to see some new faces. We have cuboid installed to prevent griefing and heyos server mod for teleportation and warp points.
We're a pretty tight little community with many regulars and a vent channel to get to know us. So if your looking for an awesome place to call home, give us a shot and bring along your creative ideas!
We don't give out items or kits here, everyone earns what they get here and it makes the accomplishments all the better!
90% of the time everyone on my server will crash when using /tp, /home, /spawn, or /warp
I get this error when it happens:

They're running it off a VPS/VDS or full machine I'm assuming.
