Well in the case of all these problems and no fix i can conclude that the mod is currently broken for whatever version all of you guys are using. I just spawned a tornado using the commands given and when it was starting to despawn it crashed my game. So the mod is broken or bugged so just dont use it.
Thank you for the answers i am going to use this to see if hackers go for a pressure plate which above a sign says they get Owner Permissions if they step on it. And thus it wont so it says their name and they will get banned
