What is an acceptable punishment for griefing, and/or stealing?
Well, it really depends on what the person griefed/stole, and if the person lied about it sometime. I would usually do a temp-ban for maybe 2 days, not too harsh as we could always use CoreProtect or any rollbacking plugins to either rollback the damage or if someone stole an item, we could always just get proof, and give the item back to the victim. I will definitely not tolerate any griefing or stealing.
What is an acceptable punishment for cursing, spamming, and inappropriate messages?
Kick, also, the kick should not be unprofessional such as "SHUT UP" it should be mature and coordinated as it would ruin the reputation of the staff and server. If the player comes back and repeats his mistakes, I will gladly mute him for about 1-4 hours. Even before all this however, I will give the player a warning.
How long can you be on each day?
To be honest, I will only be on about two to six hours a day, and will probably be active unless I am needed for a family emergency or I must finish homework or a project of some sort. I will always be on skype, and will never waste my time on the server. I will always finish the jobs needed for me, and will accept all gym challenges that come to me.

Gym leading is a basic thing that weighs lots of responsibility in a pixelmon server. us leaders must make sure the players are having fun, and keep the server in check as well as interact with the players. I have learned in my past experiences that staff is not a right, the fame, perks, and permissions might be fun, but the best thing about being staff is the ability to interact with the players in a different level, and to help a server or community. To do this, you must be trustworthy, loyal, hard-working, responsible. I feel that I have all these things in me.

I still play pokemon on my trusty 3DS, and enjoy the mod Pixelmon as a hobby and job. Why do you want to be a part of my new server?: Well, I have always enjoyed managing and creating communities, and still enjoy it now. I think I can help this server to develop and grow into a bigger, and stunning server. I have picked somewhat skills in my past experiences as staff and I hope to use these skills to create a server of my own. However, I do not have the funding, or resources to do this, so I am excited for an opportunity. I will thrive to make this server the best it can be, and dedicate all my precious time, ideas, and skill in being a staff and Co-Owner to help this server grow and develop into a bigger and friendlier community. I have experience using all types of rank creating plugins such as PEX, Groupmanager, and have the skill to configure plugins as well as using .yml, etc. I can also as a dev by making the website stunning, and mind-blowing. Some website that will show what kind of server we are.
What can I bring to the team: I can ensure a safer community for everyone without insults to people so everyone can enjoy playing on the server. I’m a type of person who always thinks before they do, and I can understand and perceive information so I can process it and see what the best outcome is for everyone in the community. Never shall I act immaturely and show disrespect to others, in the community e.g. friends, co-workers/Moderators, or players, doing that would ruin my reputation and I would never want to do that, because it would affect everyone I know and also the whole community as a whole. I will make sure the plugins are working fine, create ranks, permissions, and anything else such as coming up with ideas, builds, and projects. I have great ideas for the server such as events, donar ranks, spawn ideas, and the plugins we might need. I know what is expected of me, and will never disappoint you or the other staff.

Experience in position: As a minecraft player, servers were INTRODUCED to me after playing about 2 years of minecraft. It was amazing how a game can change one's life so easily and greatly. In the servers, I have been introduced and experience many different types of "server staff". To list all of them would be great work, but I will try. Co-owning: About 2 servers, ForsakenGames, and Paulcraft. Manager (MANAGES SERVER and oversees it while the Co-owner and owner are gone, 3rd in command): Once in FlareNetwork. Admin: 5 servers, FlareNetwork, CaveMC, BurntFactions, ForsakenGames, Paulcraft, and TechnixMC. Head-Mod: I have been Head-Mod about once in my years of minecraft. I believe it was in BurntFactions but I was promoted to Admin. Mod: I was mod in all the servers I listed, but I got promoted through all my hard work and dedication for the servers. Helper: Honestly, I have never been helper, but Mod is basically the same JOB, just more responsibilities. Developer: I have been Developer for about 53 seconds before I got promoted to Co-Owner in Paulcraft, I have the skill to configure plugins, but not code them. Also, I can ensure a safer community for everyone without insults to people so everyone can enjoy playing on the server.
