    Hey guys,

Given JRoush's fairly permissive copryright notice (which I naively interpret as essentially being the Creative Commons Attribution license), I went ahead and decompiled the mod, buffed out most of the compiler artifacts, and got it compiling and loading again in 1.6.x. Things kind of go south from there, but I'm confident that I can revive this thing. So there might still be hope. I'm going to be busy this weekend on some other open-source projects that I maintain, but my wife and kids will be going on a long trip next week, so I'll have copious amounts of free-time to finish the restoration. It is clearly evident from the source code that JRoush is an extremely talented hacker, and it's a true shame that he seems to have lost touch with the community. Come back!

    Dear JRoush,

I've been developing a mod that depends on Custom Ore Generation. It's been a major boon to me; very impressive work. One engineer to another: do you have the bandwidth to maintain it? I'd be willing to help out, if you could throw it up on github or something. We'd aim for 1.6 at this point.

And one suggestion (I'm sure you've had the same idea): support for the Forge biome dictionary, i.e., a <BiomeType>.

    Take it easy...
