1. Radiation would not give you white hair or red eyes, It would also make him weaker because he'd have radiation sickness. I can understand reddish eyes if he was ghoulified, and his eyes used to be brown, the hair would fall out, not change color. And that would take atleast a week's exposure to radiation. I'm trying to think of a good character to be a legionare. And I can't have it that I'm already in the legion? My idea is that he ends up leaving the vault much earlier say 13 or so. He is captured by the Legion,enslaved and built up to be a legionare. Can I do that?

You need to have some dialogue in your RP example, look at other accepted apps for examples.
And lastly, you need to completely redo your bio, since the Enclave are no longer a faction. I spologize for not having taken the lore down sooner. Your bio didnt really fit with our Enclave anyways though.

You cannot start off as a lieutenant in Enclave without permission, most players will start off not in a faction, remove the last part from your app and your app is acceptable.

Character's back story: Tyler Tork (born July 14,2249) grew up in the streets of Detroit(of what is left of it) in a family of 5:Father,Mother,Younger Brother,and Grandmother.As Tyler grew up,He joined the DLA : (Detroit Lansing Alliance) when he was 21.At age 28,he was promoted to General of the 5th Battalion.When he was 30,he was shot in the shoulder during a bandit raid.He was relieved of his duties as General.Two years after,He and his family moved to Colorado to find a better place to live.Shortly after he turned 33,his grandmother,father,and mother died from a bandit raid.His younger brother,Carson(born May 14,2261) moved to the Capital Wasteland and was never heard from again. Now, Tyler moved to Denver looking to make an expression for himself and to find a job and shelter.

I had uncovered old documents in the vaults terminal about an organization from before the war dedicated to preserving america. The Enclave. I knew I was destined to join them and help them lead America back to its glory. I grabbed a security pistol,some ammo,nuka cola,medical supplies and left. I proceeded that night to find my way to the atrium and escape.
The moonlight shined into my eyes. Years of being in the vault hurt my eyes. But it didn't matter. I proceeded to take the long walk to Dog City. One of the last bastions of Freedom and Capitalism was stationed there. Eventually it turned to day. The sunlight blinded my eyes. I knew I was in what once Arizona. I walked by and saw men in Roman Styled attire. I continued eventually to find my way to New Mexico. I kept trudging on until I finally made it to my destination. Dog City.

Ralmyn was born in Pyandonea, son to Gomnam and Lyrania, two outlaws. At age 2 the family moved to Elsweyr, a small settlement named Dustburn, by large boat; moving there to escape their wanted life and try raising the child. He had a good relationship with his parents up until age 6, living in a very small room of a house. At age 6 the parents left the child at an Altmer's home(realizing they were not fit to raise a child), the Altmer's name was Umbacono. Umbacano raised Ralmyn like a son; spending his days being taught the ways of life by the rich middle aged Altmer, Ralmyn came to think of Umbacano as a father. Umbacano happened to have certain "views" on species; which he taught Ralmyn to live by, he taught Ralmyn that Mer were superior in all ways, dunmer the worst Mer(but not as bad as Man or Beastfolk).
Umbacano's Death
When Ralmyn was 19 Umbacano was excecuted for murder; murder of a Talos worshipper. Ralmyn, after investigating the victim's house discovered he was a Talos worshipper, Ralmyn had remembered Umbacano's disgusted look when Talos was mentioned, along with Umbacano's belongings, Ralmyn inherited Umbacano's disgust for Talos, whether Umbacano supported or was a Thalmor, Ralmyn didn't care; he hated Talos because Umbacano taught him to.
Down the Road
Ralmyn, age 26, captured and ready to be executed for the murder of Umbacano's executioner. Hours away from Ralmyn's execution, he sits in a small stone-walled cell. He stands as he hears the cut off shout of a Khajiit "GHA-". An Altmer, wearing black, sharp clothes enters the room, holding the keys. Ralmyn is freed by the stranger, and brought far out into the desert, fleeing the area un-noticed.
The stranger challenged Ralmyn to a non-lethal fight, despite Umbacano's teachings Ralmyn is easily bested, laying on his back. The Altmer, walking away says "You are not ready yet, when you feel you are, come to Akavir; find Teldith Darkeran."
Ralmyn spent the next months hiding from the Khajiits, living in caves at night in the dangerous desert. Ralmyn eventually made it north, reaching Cyrodiil, he arrived at Leyawiin, grizzled and exhausted. He spent the 3 years training, sneaking, eventually fighting highwaymen, or performing stealth-like trickery on the authorities(such as pickpocketing, or simply tresspassing). At age 29 he packs his belongings, venturing across Black Marsh over 4 months; eventually reaching a boat, bringing him to Akavir.

RP example: Sodom walks down the streets of Denver, ambience of the city making him cautious, he could almost hear whispers coming from the shadows. A man wearing a leather jacket and jeans, with nice hair emerges from an alleyway, holding a revolver.
Greaser: “Alright, hand over your caps.”
Sodom turns to the man, putting his hands in the air, and says: “Whoa, what the hell happened to your hair?”
Greaser: “What?” He feels his hair, lowering his eyebrows in confusion.
Sodom: “It looks like a rad roach’s been living in it!”
The Greaser uses his gun holding hand to reach into his jacket and take out a wooden hand mirror, before he can take the mirror Sodom is grasping hold of the hand holding the gun, the two struggle to aim the gun at each other, due to the gun’s original aim (inward into the jacket) the gun is aimed toward the greaser in the struggle, and fired. Sodom steps back, panting and holding the gun as the greaser falls back. “Idiot” Sodom says as he continues down the road.

Evan White Van-Orchan (White is mother’s last name, chosen to be middle name by parents.) was born in 2261, in a settlement inside the ruins of Garden City, Kansas. He was the 3rd Generation out of a vault near the city, in their family (3 Generations back his family lived in a vault). His mother and father, Sarah and Paul Van-Orchan, got along well as a couple. Evan had an older brother named Shane, a year older than him. The settlement they lived in consisted of 24 people, including the Van-Orchan family. Evan and Shane spent their routine days stomping rad-roaches in an infested building, they found the destruction of their heads entertaining. The settlement often ate mole-rat meat, when they could not find pre-war food.
Path of Bewilderment
When Evan was 19, and Shane was 20; the brothers set out on a path of enlightenment, they traveled west into Calorado with little food and no supplies, and they wandered aimlessly, seeking knowledge and faith. Within 2 weeks they found themselves lost in the wilderness, no food and 3 water bottles left. Shane died of dehydration shortly after giving the last of his water bottle to Evan, Evan arrived a few hours later at Alamosa, carrying Shane’s body, survivors of the wasteland taking refuge in the ruins of the town immediately gave Evan food and drink, burying Shane the next day.
Evan met a man there, in his 50s; the man’s name was Harold Robertson. Robertson gave Evan a Christian Old Testament; Evan read the book for a few hours every day until he finished reading the bible. Evan found the story of Sodom and Gomorrah interesting, though he did not agree on the book’s view on the two cities, he returned the book to Harold, and continued down his path.
Evan continued down his path, heading south-west, not by plan. Evan began to stop into towns; drink, gamble, fornicate, leave. Evan began to call himself Sodom, as he grew the aspects of the city he read of. Sodom’s path leads him through Colorado for 2 years, New Mexico for 3 and Utah for 4. Through the last year his exuberance calmed to an optional way of life, which he may sometimes live by. He now enters Arizona, on his path of bewilderment.
