I think I have what you're looking for. The maximum number of players at any time is ten. The server is not heavily modded and despite having the plugin Factions, PVP is not a prominent theme and is rare at best. The map is about a month or so old now so there is still a ton of fresh land for new settlers. We're looking for a small community of legit, laid back players to log in every now and then have a chat and play some minecraft!
You could give my server a test run. We do have a few plugins, mostly for grief and hack management. One major plugin available to the players is Factions, we also have a small, quickly put together economy using essentials. Basically it's slighty cheaper to sell ore to buy tools instead of crafting them, but not by much. That's about as far as mods go. I ran a vanilla survival server for almost two years and I finally broke down and paid for hosting. The server is 24/7 and we have a solid 5-6 players daily. As far as the map goes, the map and the server have been public slightly more than a month now. I think I covered all the information you would need. Ok I am not real happy at the moment. Server has ran fine for months update after update. no MODs ever. NOW I have rain falling in my snow biomes and no snow what so ever just blank breaks in the weather where I assume snow would be. All the jack-o-lanters on the server are now facing opposite directions and the icing on the cake the spawn point decided to move a mile away from it's original position. So my question is of course WTF?!
I am looking for some people to play with. Preferably people who share similar "gaming values" as myself. I consider myself a casual mine crafter. I am not hardcore survival or pvp. I just play to play, mining and building, and just hanging out. I am on everyday after work maybe 3-4 hours a day, but I find myself playing alone more often than not. So I figured I could organize a group of people with similar schedule, gameplay, and maturity to just hang out and play the damn game. I am NOT looking for a server, but rather the people.
