I am looking forward to these new updates. I have some features on them which I hope are added.
All versions:
-Upload you're worlds to a cloud database. Then the world's can be downloaded from a library on all versions of the game. This feature would be nice for skins and texture packs too.
-Ability to create world's with a 512 build height.
PC (Java version):
-Controller support
-Tutorial world ( I know how to play the game but I enjoy searching them for easter eggs.)
-Ability to turn off saving on the world via a gui.
-Ability to have the console skin packs (but still be able to use custom user skins as well)
-Ability to use console recourse packs and mash up packs (but still be able to use user content as well)
Pocket Edition/Windows 10 Edition:
-256 build height.

This looks very impressive. I hope to see more.

This all sounds great. However, Pocket Edition is still missing two things that I would really like to see.
1. Increased build height to 256.
2. Red stone.

This looks quite neat! Out of curiosity, is Northern Industria a separate map, or does it have the city too? It would be cool if they were combined into one world.

Here are some things I want Pocket Edition to get.
1
The draw distance is not acceptable. I like to look at my creations from far away. It isn't acceptable because I have way better draw distances on my Galaxy S4. The Vita is more powerful than a Samsung Galaxy S4.
The awful draw distance is why I say the game isn't optimized. I think they are going to work on optimizing it more, but for now we have to deal with seeing as far as you would when its foggy outside. I sure hope that this is the case and the draw distance can be fixed. It is what is preventing me from wanting to play the Vita version.

The things I want to see in Pocket Edition:
0
-Lighten up the sky. Its way too dark.
-Larger world on faster devices.
-At the edge of the world, have it end like on the Xbox 360 Edition so its more realistic.
-Day/Night cycle in Creative
-256 build height. I'm a guy who likes to build sky scrapers and this would come in handy.

As far as world size goes, I think PS3 Edition is gonna be like Xbox 360 Edition, PS4 Edition is gonna be like Xbox One Edition. However, I don't know about Vita. Despite its power, developers have a tendency to underestimate the power of Sony handhelds. and they water games down when its not necessary. If its the best case, it will be like PS3. It may be like one of those games that you buy it once, and it runs on all those systems, and they can play together, no matter if their on PS3, PS4 or PS Vita.
Thing is about the Play Station version, it may be behind on the updates VS the Xbox 360, for the same reason why the Xbox 360 version is behind on updates VS the PC version.

Edit: Also I'd remove the sprinting/sneaking text. (Leave it for a debug mode, but otherwise no.) I know I'm sprinting. Camera is zoomed out, and I'm going faster. lol. But I wish we could have the Xbox 360 creative flying on PC. Its so much better.
Also you should fix the joysticks/triggers. I try to configure them, and it always resets it back to 0.0 for the dead zones. It shouldn't need to be configured. If its different for different controllers, you should make pre configured files. Its very irritating because every time I try to configure it, it resets everything to zero.

-Increased build Height
-Actual Biomes with weather
-Larger Worlds. (Worlds change size based on how powerful your device is)
-Worlds realistically end like on the Xbox 360 version. They don't just cut off, there is a shoreline, and you see an ocean outside it.
0
-If you pay attention closely, textures at a certain distance kinda make a stripe. Its faint. You can see it on trees.
-If you go to the edge of the map, under the water, when you go down far enough, the underwater effect isn't there.

1. They haven't coded them in yet. It could have to do with the height limit, they need to be reimplemented. It could be one of the bugs their fixing.
2. Clouds are simply off (may be because they have a bug they need to fix).
3. They raised the clouds so they are above the new build height.
4. They added clear weather. Sunny but no clouds.

First, the Mac. Can be solved. Search for a program called Boot Camp on Google. That should allow you to be able to run MC Edit. (I thought there was a Mac version of MC Edit).
Secondly, you should look for the tool that can turn models into a sculpture made out of MC blocks, much like what is being used on the San Andreas map. It will also allow everything to match up.
Third thing, you should build the map on a flat world. Reason being, the sky scrapers on Staunton Island may not fit under the height limit and may look shortened.
The main problem is you don't have Windows. You don't necessarily need a PC, you can use your current computer, but it will need to run Windows apps to be able to use the tools to extract the models out of GTA III.
