I've just joined the server a few days ago and can honestly say this is such a well structured server. There are plenty of features that players can engage in, both early on such as Jobs and Towny to late game such as various enchantments and mini bosses! The community is extremely friendly and helpful, and it is overall a pleasure to be on the server
I play in a ProjectKorra server (Avatar The Last Airbender based server) where as an airbender, the particle effect for airbending moves is a basic white. To make things different, I'm trying to make the "air" particles all rainbow based (since it is my main element). I have been wondering if there is a way to do so? I'm just a basic, regular player so I don't have access to any particle-related commands. Here are screenshots of what I current see and what I'd like to see so that you understand what I mean more!
P.S: The command I used to see the rainbow particles was "/particle mobSpell ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 5 1000" (in a singleplayer world).

Importance: It is important to me because I owned a server, however it only lasted two months due to a low amount of donations. I love being a staff member, and embracing the rules in a fun, relaxed way.
Experience: As I have just mentioned, I was the server owner of NinjaCraft, a server that originated as a Pixelmon server, which gradually transformed into a survival/bending/prison server. I know how to use a variety of plugins, and will research how to use others if I don't know. I would consider myself a fairly good builder and have lots of experience with world edit, and world guard.
Staff on other servers: Only on my server, because I don't apply to servers that already have staff, knowing the chances of getting accepted are very limited.
Rank with stress: I would love to have this rank, under every circumstance. Stress is just another obstacle that I can conquer.
How many hours: Depending on what time of the year it is, I can be on for 10 hours to almost 60 hours!
How to trust me: There isn't really much of a way for me to ask for your trust, but more of you observing my activity in game.
Personality: I am a very fun, sarcastic (in a good way), and fascinating person who will continue to always try to make you laugh, whether I succeed or don't, however when needed, I can be as serious as Barack Obama in a meeting.
Other details: If you like what you've read so far, then you'll like me. I don't change me aptitude completely when other staff members go offline, and I'm the only one in-game. I love to play survival with other players, especially when it's 100% legitamate.
Time Zone: I live in Montreal, Canada, so I'm in the UTC-05:00 time zone.
Position: I would like any position you have that allows me to build things such as a spawn, markets and other important things. To start, I'd like builder or Admin, and I'd work my way up in staff. Having access to changing my gamemode would be pretty necessary and being able to stay in touch with you (the Owner) so if you'd need any help with configuration files, or plugin ideas, I'd be there.

But I use Port Map to allow some friends at their houses to join as well, giving me an IP for them, but they still can't connect:/
