Why should we accept you: I feel like you should accept me to become a staff member on your server because I am a very mature, and logical players. I work well with other players, and I know how to take charge of a situation, and help out in anyw ay possible. I have a very expanded vocabulary, and I have an decent knowledge of in game commands, I could bring more players to your server, and be a loyal, smart, and mature addition to your staff team.
Experience: I ahve been a Head-Admin on two servers, which are currently down. I have aslo been an admin on 1 server, and a mod on 2 servers. I take pride in helping out servers in any way possible and helping them to grow, with players, plugins etc.

Why should we choose your application over another?: I think you should choose my for an application because I am kind, loyal, dedicated, mature, and I work very well with other players. I can help new players in any way possible, and answer any needed question. I will be able to be on the server for a great deal of time each day, around 6 hours every day! I will help advertise and help the server grow in any way possible.

A Player is complaining that someone is hacking in the PvP area. How do you deal with this? I first ask for proof, and if none is given, I go to check it out myself. If I see the person hacking I quickly take screenshots for proof, if needed of course. Then I ban (or possibly temp ban depending on how they are hacking) the person from the server for being a threat and cheating in a fun minigame where people are meant to have fun, and have a good time. I will also let the owner see proof of the person hacking, and make sure they know all about the situation.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we require skype because thats what we rely on for staff chat, as I've said before, I'm the only person that goes on discord. So, to answer your question, yes, you must get skype no matter what.

Why do you want this position? I would love to have this position because I love helping out on servers , and watching and helping them grow. I follow the rules and enforce them as well. I work very well with other payers and i enjoy working with them too.

I have been a Head-Admin on two servers, a moderator on 3, an admin on 1, and a helper on 1, so I do have a lot of past experience with being staff on servers, so I do in fact know what I'm doing. I was very dedicated while working on these servers, and I was a great learning experience as I did so.
What can you bring to the current staff team? I can bring my knowledge of commands, my positive and mature attitude, and my love to help in any way possible. I am very good at enforcing and following the rules. I am also very good with working with players of any sort, and I get along well with them. I am not afraid to give punishments when needed, but I am still liked on servers because of my kind, well mannered attitude.
How would you enforce rules? I would enforce rules by helping people, but giving out helpful instructions before I gave any warning etc. I would explain the main rules of the server and say that if they didn't follow these rules there would be consequences.
Briefly explain a situation of rule breaking and how you have or would handle it: If a rule was broken I would confront the player in a calm, but slightly strict manner, depending on the rule I would either warn them to not do it again or it would result in a kick, mute or a temporary ban. If it was a simple rule that wouldn't inflict to much harm on the server I would only warn them to not do it again or else there would be consequences for their actions.
What do you consider is your greatest strength (Be Honest)? My greatest strength would most likely be enforcing rules, and working with players. I get along well with players, but if they do something bad or wrong, I am not afraid to warn or confront them.
