It works better if you change the resource pack directly, because when you load Minecraft, it updates any changes in the jar file, so if it sees something different in the jar file (like bacon instead of porkchop) it will change it back. Whereas with resource packs, they don't change when Minecraft is loaded
Currently, I am about halfway through creating a zombie survival map (I know it's not an original idea but still fun), and I have come across an issue. Even though I have set the follow range of the zombies to 400, they don't start chasing me if they do not have a clear line of sight. If possible, I would like the zombies to follow me even if they don't have a clear line of sight. Can anyone think of a way to solve this problem?
Here is the finished map for anyone who is interested
I don't know about everyone else, but the Ice Spikes biome is pretty rare. So today, I actually found one and I didn't realize how tall the spikes could actually get
I am attempting to make a team minigame using the scoreboard system but do not know how to increment a teams score if the criteria is set to dummy. I know it is possible for players, but for teams, I do not know how. Can some help me out?
There are six floating islands above the void: one central one surrounded by five others, each with their own specific biomes on them. Travelling between these islands, it is your objective to survive and eventually, defeat the ender dragon. It is possible.
I understand this idea is not entirely original but it has actually has a challenging way to complete the game.
