make it so that the npc's fight each other. have it so that you can join a village and help them fight other villages.If notch won't add this into the game then that's fine but SOMEONE at least make this idea into a mod!!! add new buildings like barracks, training camp etc.
i had the exact same idea and posted a similar topic to yours. i absolutely love the idea and would love to see this implemented into minecraft. Unfortunately i do not have the time or expertise to make a mod like this. i think that if we get this idea active we can get some actual modders on board. Cmon people please help us discuss this. post your ideas. Lets make this mod a reality!!!
1 more thing. they should add a school were they get educated and then they make a barracks to train them to become in the army. (archer, warrior, rouge, etc) Then if they conquer the land they should claim the land and rebiuld over it to take over more towns :biggrin.gif:

Make it so that the villages start attacking eachother. Have it so that your reputation can be good enough to convince them to attack other villages. Eventually villages evolve into factions and start attacking or allying with other factions.
