easiest way to find out all the IDs for enchanted Books (not sure if it is same on every server) would be make a temporary bukkit server on your pc get the plugin that allows you to /iteminfo use Too Many Items to make one of each then saving them in a word document so you can go back to it. that would be the easiest way to do it anyway.

PStones - (also known as Precious Stones) The Ability to protect areas from being Griefed and more!
WorldGuard - This is used for towns where you can buy a plot and build a place of your own without being taken over by people.
Economy - A Money plugin that allows you to to earn money by trading with other players.
Mob Bounty - A Plugin that allows you to gain money (Economy) from killing mobs. (Such as skeleton, Zombie, Spiders, Enderman, Pig and others!)
Chest Shops - The Ability to safely trade with other players and not have to drop transfer the items. Can be used to sell almost anything!
Mywarp - The Ability to create your own warps and use them to get around. you can also use other players public warps!!
CraftBook - The Ability to ceate gates/bridges/lifts/block doors!!
