Not really interested, sorry, plus it wouldn't work so well without the resource packs
Okay, and I would modify it to replace the textures with patterns, like replace the grass with striped green/lime wool, etc.
    I understand :)

I thought the disabling the mobGriefing gamerule would also stop Endermen picking up blocks. After all, it does mean mobs don't change the terrain.
It does; the OP is just asking if it's possible to disable one without disabling the other.

    Hey HWD,
I'm working on a server with Survival Games, and I thought it would be really cool to have the Green Hill Zone portion of this map as an arena! With your permission and full credit, of course. Let me know if this okay, and what you think of the idea! :D

This tells you exactly what the problem, as for what is causing it there are a few possibilities, and the 2 the pop into my head right off are:
    1. Your antivirus is taking to long to scan the file, or has locked it for some reason
    2. The file is still being downloaded (which is why it could be "in use") and your instance tried to launch too soon.
    3. You are trying to run the same instance twice for some reason.

    Try the following:
Reboot (yeah, I know it's cliche, but it works), then delete the instance, check to make sure the entire directory was deleted for that instance, and then recreate the instance.
    Ok, I'll try that.

I zipped up the version of lwjgl that I had and uploaded it to mediafire. Try downloading that and extracting it to the lwjgl folder, and see if that works out. To be clear, the folder named "2.9.1" should be in the lwjgl folder.

    http://www.mediafire...dm25j/2.9.1.zip
It worked :D Thank you so much!!!

That sounds like it could be an issue, yeah. Now select an instance and change the lwjgl version and launch the instance. It should hopefully download the version you tell it.
The "Change LWJGL" button is greyed out and un-clickable :(

You coould also try deleting anything in the lwjgl folder in the main multiMC directory and launching your instance. It could be that the jar is corrupted or something. It's worth a shot.
Ok I'll give it a try

EDIT: Apparently it IS empty O.o

Guess you placed your MultiMC at the wrong place, Windows doesn't like files placed in folders like the desktop and in directories like Program Files, best trick is to create a folder at the root of the C:\ drive called MultiMC put all your multiMC files there and play, create a shortcut for MultiMC.exe on your desktop and you won't have problems finding it each time... If the computer isn't yours and your parents setup an account for you that doesn't have administrator access, you can have a lot of problems like this...
Ok I'll try that, I had it in my Downloads>MultiMC with a desktop shortcut

EDIT: Well, it worked for one launch, then it stopped working :(
