Scenarios : A user comes on the server and claims he is from planet minecraft. He asks to be opped, so he can perform a review. What do you do?for one i will not op right away i do not care what any one says.i will ask him his name on the website so i can see if he is telling the truth.But even if he is telling the truth i will have to ask the other mods or the Owner about the person.
A user claims another user is hacking. What do you do?a will investigate.but if i see no reason of the person hacking there is no problem.but if the person is hacking then it is a perm ban or a temp ban(depends on your rules).
A user hacks in front of your eyes, and uses the excuse "we must be lagging". What would you do?i will confront him and call on his "lagging" i also do know if he/she hacks or not.

What do you do? i would want to see is planetminecraft account and then ask the owner of the server if its okay to op him and if it is then i will go ahead and op him them de-op him after.

Scenarios : A user comes on the server and claims he is from planet minecraft. He asks to be opped, so he can perform a review. What do you do? I first issue a warning, asking him to stop trying to scam for access. If he continues I issue a kick, or a ban depending on the scale of the user's actions.
A user claims another user is hacking. What do you do? I'd ask for logs/proof from both sides. If the claim is true then I'll temp ban (Unless the server rules state otherwise, or for a longer period ban)
A user hacks in front of your eyes, and uses the excuse "we must be lagging". What would you do? If it's an obvious hack, I will either ask him to stop, or ban him for trying to hack. If not I'll monitor them closely. To see if it really wasn't lag. (this has happened before)

I have great experience, and I want to help other players. With rules, I can enforce them very well.

Why do you deserve to become an moderator: I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh, I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.

I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on TeamCraft, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod DiamondCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

I live in a small town in New Jersey, USA. I have been playing since late alpha and have been going multiplayer servers in early-mid beta.

Scenarios : A user comes on the server and claims he is from planet minecraft. He asks to be opped, so he can perform a review. What do you do:

I tell him/her you don't need op to perform a review. If the user continues to ask for op I kick him/her. If it continues I mute for 5 minutes. Continues, I mute for 10 minutes, then 15 and so on.

I ask the user to prove it. Then, after that I watch the "hacker" to see if its true or not.

First I could check if he is on a minecraft real version such as 1.6.2 for example. If i see a hacked client, instant ban. If 1.6.2 I try to see if anyone else is complaining.
