Hey guys! I'm BiefBink, I'd love to start up a new faction server.
As I can talk from my experience... It needs to be custom, dedicated, and unique.
Please only consider a job for a staff member if you think you have what it takes to set-up a great community/server.
What am I looking for
At the moment we're looking to hire people in 6 areas;
Administration team - People that are my right hand. I require at least 17+ and a decent amount of experience. Setting up the server, testing, ruling over other players/staff in help.
Moderation/disc. Mod team - These people will need to guide recruiters/helpers, (optional: helping with some easy features).
Architecture team - We need good builders! If you are creative and want to join a friendly and inclusive community of people while expressing your love of building, this is the place for you!
Development team - Can you code? Are you good at configuration? Are you willing to learn new things? If the answer to any of these is yes, then you should come along and see if this is the place for you!
Game Design - They do exactly what it says - design the game. If you like writing and coming up with interesting ideas, setting it up etc. Please apply, we need you!
Media - Can you advertise well? Are you friendly? Do you have lots of contacts? This team ensures our community keeps buzzing with activity.
