You can put any class anywhere. It doesn't matter where you put a class, it only matters what's in it. For me personally, I allocate a separate package for each type of class.. ie, a block package for blocks, an item package for items, an entity package for entities, etc.
Okay, say you had a method that tells the game to re-render all the blocks in the world (to stop lag or something), you wanted to call this from inside another class, you would use that code.

i did a little experiment with chemical x, i through it on an ender dragon, but when he died no portal was created.

I'd love if the Mutant Spider were a gigantic, bloated queen spider, roughly as big as the Enderdragon. I'm working on a super-secret project and all the other mods that could offer such a boss are outdated!
And if the Mutant Silverfish were to be a giant Centipede...
That would be pretty cool! Though I think it should be smaller like a fast 2-hit 2 block high centipede.
I need help... I've been using this mod from the start, but now I'm having crashing problems with it. First thing I noticed was that the Predators from the AVP mod weren't spawning. Next thing I realized is I had yet to see a mutant creature today. I edited the .dat file to allow cheats and spawned one of each, and it all worked fine. I put myself in game mode 1 and flew around a bit, which then caused the game to crash, with this error report:
i have a Idea of the mutant PLAYER witch you can turn into but only for 1 min and has a 5 mins countdown
Attacks:
1.the player picks up a mob and throws it causing 10 hearts of damage (medium attack) key to press:O
2.the player just punches the annimal causing the same amount of damage as an iron sword (light attack) key to press:left mous button
3.the player jumps in the air causing a explosion when it lands (heavy attack) key to press:J
to transform into the mutant player you need to throw chamical x on you however you wont transform directly you will have to press M to transform for 1 min and once finished 5 mins countdown
the player has 60 hearts of health so yeah
NOTE:mobs will still be agro to you.

if you were able to use chemical x on yourself and for about a minute and a half you had the powers
of the zombie mutant with the look of your characters skin.

2.Attacks:Crowsbow shoot:2 1/2 hearts Arrow Rain: 1 heart each Cannon Blast:5 hearts and explodes(I bet you didn't guess that)
3.Death?:Instead of Dying(This one may be hard to program optional)It becomes a Tank creature made of bones and it's cannon
4.NEW Attacks(if you choose to do 3)Cannon Blast:5 hearts and explodes Smoke Bomb:Blindness effect
5.Health(for both forms)Skeleton Form 65 hearts,Tank Form 30 Hearts But has armor

Also, for a peaceful mob, hippo should make it have only 1 but awesome attack.
Bacon revenge: jumps up in the air 50 blocks high and then it squashes a mob, dealing 15-20 hearts.
