oh wow never mind, i just looked at the other forums i go on and they don't do that. i could've sworn i've used that feature before. i just randomly googled and came up with this site, though. (lolcats)
yeah, but most forums have the ability to quote different people when you're on the reply page. it's sort of a hassle to go and open up 2 tabs of replies just so you can copy 2 different quotes. and about the code thing, i would use the code, but what if its a 3-post quote?

awhh don't shut down the forums. they are very much alive and although we have some complete idiots here and then, there's no reason to have it all taken down.
i would like to thank notch and ez first of all. notch, for being an amazing game designer and being an overall great guy to talk to; and ez for doing a superb job with moderating (not just saying this because she is related to notch, she deserves it). second of all, i would like to thank ex-moderator zuriki for being such an effin' awesome chick and contributor to the forums <3. thennnn, i would like to thank animator (very friendly and a cool guy), puyodead (great moderator, and enforces rules aside from being very active and friendly in IRC), and aera for having the best server scripts and mods i've ever seen. these are just the people that i think deserve being mentioned, and there are a bunch more regular users that have done outstanding jobs.
